She's been working on a bicep tendon tear and rotator cuff tendonitis in my right shoulder, and what used to be constant pain and popping now feels almost normal. The fascia release can definitely be intense at times, but incredibly effective for those injuries and deep tension patterns that just don't seem to go away after traditional massage.
