I was originally referred to Lisa for breathwork, and after my very first session with her, I was hooked. What I didn't realize until my second or third visit was how incredibly gifted she is in so many different healing modalities -- from energy work and craniosacral therapy to fascia release and of course the breathing. Her ability to intuitively tune into what your body and nervous system need is amazing to me!! The fascia release can definitely be intense at times, but incredibly effective for those injuries and deep tension patterns that just don't seem to go away after traditional massage. Oh boy.. and her energy work is a whole other story!! Equally powerful -- calming, grounding, emotional, and deeply restorative all at once. Every session I have had, has been completely unique, yet ALWAYS exactly what I needed. This most recent session left me feeling blissfully buzzy afterward. We even started the session sitting on the floor and stretching together where she tapped into exactly where my pelvis was off -- who does that? I have now completed 4 breath work sessions held via Zoom with Lisa and she is wonderful! I had never done breath work before and was a bit nervous prior to my first session. She explained in detail what I can expect from each session and what benefits I might see. Throughout each session, she coaches you on your breath and helps you stay on track. I have been able to release an immense amount of bad energy that has stayed in my body from various hardships. I am now able to pinpoint why certain emotions are coming up and work through them more quickly. I have also become more intuitive on what my body and spirit needs. During the sessions she also performs Reiki energy work. She was able to pinpoint my TMJ issues without me stating anything. I've been reading what the other reviews have said about Lisa and they are ALL 100% correct! Lisa is a HEALER, both physically and emotionally. I went to Lisa a few years ago and have never gone to another massage therapist since.
