The PCP I saw had excellent bedside manner and was very thorough. I have no complaints about the doctor or the medical care I received. However, I would not recommend the staff member who was drawing blood in the morning. Before we started, I specifically explained that I am not good with needles and that my veins can be difficult to find. I asked for someone experienced with difficult blood draws so the process could be done with as few complications as possible. Unfortunately, she was unable to locate my vein. She inserted the needle where the vein was not and then attempted to reposition the needle under my skin to find it. It felt like a blindfolded dart competition. I immediately asked her to stop and politely requested another person to draw my blood. I was told there was no one else available at that time. I returned the following morning hoping someone different would be available, but the same person was there, and I was told no one else would be available until 10 a.m. I understand that difficult blood draws happen, and I don't expect every attempt to be perfect. But when a patient specifically communicates that they have difficult veins and anxiety around needles, I believe that concern should be taken seriously and an experienced person should be available when possible. I'm sharing this because I would not want someone else who has difficulty with blood draws to have the same experience. The office and PCP were excellent. My concern is specifically with the blood-draw experience and morning staffing.

If you call and tell his staff you are feeling ill, they schedule you right away. This does sometimes create longer than average wait times. He always reviews your current history, medications and inoculations. On two occasions I gave him symptoms, he ordered tests and discovered serious issues with medications These had been prescribed by other Specialists who did not order tests as they should have. When he got the results he called me at once and said I must go to hospital immediately. In the other case he said it was urgent that I see a specialist. He recommended one who gave me an immediate appointment. She found serious issue but got me the right MEDS and doses. Dr Chablani and his staff have always treated me with kindness, respect and good care.

Why? Everyone is…read moreright about the long wait and poor customer service, that's all true. But that's okay, the Doctor was great and the actual care I was provided was good. I was surprised by seeing all the awful reviews that there wouldn't be a single positive thing to say. Ok, so why the 1 star? The billing. My appointment was in June of 2025. I've spent literal hours talking to my insurance and their billing department. I keep getting sent bills for out-of-network payments, but they are in network -- my insurance confirmed it. They discovered it was filed to the improper branch. My insurance called the billing department on my behalf to square it away. Few weeks pass. I get another bill. I contact again and say that they've once again filed it in the wrong place. Fast forward... it's October or November now. I get another bill. I call my insurance and of course, the problem deepens. The incorrect branch has now paid out the claim, so they can no longer approve the correct filing -- the billing department needs to pay back the amount my insurance had given them so they can refile the loan. I tell them this, and they said they would get it fixed. It's now January in 2026 and I've received two new bills for a little over $500. I try calling their billing department over 3 days and on different numbers. I left a voicemail the first time, no call back. I call again, someone picks up and immediately hangs up. I keep calling back and they keep hanging up on me. I call a different number, someone picks up and puts me on hold after they get my info. They come back and say they'll call me back because someone else has been on the line. Never get a call back. What the?! I'm about to get my lawyer involved, this is absolutely ridiculous. I don't know who else to reach out to for help, so I'm here leaving an honest 1 star review. I've asked my PCP to refer me to a new cardiologist because this place is dysfunctional.

Ive faxed them (to include a copy of The MD State Medical Reordskeeping Requirements). I used to be a Medical Records Director for the Practice I worked for, for many years. This Practice obviously DID NOT follow 'the proper protocol' for destroying patient records. These records included such tests as ECG's, EKG's, Nuclear Stress Tests, Cardiac Catherterization and so on. Unbelievable!! I am in the process of filing charges against them for this gross act of conduct. Law states they can be sued for upwards to $10,000 for being negligent.
