This is the first doctor's office I have felt completely, 100% comfortable at here in D.C. I began…read moreseeing Dr. Elizabeth Nerbun (who was also a nun!) but she unfortunately moved away. I was extremely apprehensive about trying one of the other doctors but every single one of them have amazing reviews. They reminded me a lot of my own parents, who are internal medicine doctors. I saw Dr. Dennis Cullen and was pleasantly surprised at how much I actually enjoyed my visit! I have been overweight literally my entire life and I dread visiting the doctor as many who don't know me just automatically assume I don't exercise and am unhealthy in my food choices. Dr. Cullen made me feel so at ease and didn't even mention my weight. It was nice to come out happy knowing I'm doing the best I can and to just keep trying. Life is hard enough as it is! Their nurses are all very kind, especially the nurse I saw today. He was so funny and made great conversation. The front desk staff are business-like. The only reason I am taking one star off is because of the yearly $45 "clerical fee." I've noticed many D.C. doctors are adding a fee now and as someone who only sees the doctor once a year for a physical, maybe twice, it makes you not want to have insurance. If this was $25 or so, I wouldn't feel as annoyed about blowing $45 on a fixed budget. Anyway, I highly, highly recommend these doctors! For the first time in a long time, I think I found a place I'll stay.

I'm a huge fan of Dr. Cullen! He's been my doctor for 15 years and I recommend him to everyone I…read moreknow. Always on time, personable, knowledgable and beyond hilarious, Dr. Cullen is the type of physician most people wish they could have. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Cullen. If you are looking for a great doctor, he's the best!!

That's why we moved with him from practice-to-practice, and subscribed to Concierge Care only to keep him as our Primary Care Physician. However, some of the BIMP Office Staff and the Receptionist have been rude on more occasions than I care to count. Lack of courtesy to the patients and staff's insensitivity to senior patients' needs is simply appalling. They are devoid of empathy and compassion, in addition to being grossly ignorant of the very basic client-business protocol. Additionally, incompetence and unprofessionalism has also been routinely exhibited by the substitute or temporary Lab Techs. I dread going there for even routine shots. Something got to change. At 2.6/5 Google Rating, BIMP needs to mend its ways, or the ratings will continue to drop, and the long-time clients will start exploring other options. I know, at $2k+ annual Concierge Fee, I surely am not getting my money's worth. As a caution, they need to hang a sign on their front door: "ENTER THIS OFFICE AT YOUR OWN RISK OF BEING BELITTLED, DISCOUNTED, AND HUMILIATED!!!"
