Hurry up and wait. But...the turkey is well worth waiting for. Juicy, tender delicious. I've read some other reviews for Raymond's and I think there are more factors involved than just blaming Raymond's for the way their turkey turned out. Overcooking, under buying the size, etc. In all the years I have never got a turkey that was dry and tough as other describe. I go during the year and buy turkey pies, but my favorite are their chicken pies. They don't always have them, so if you are interested, call ahead. They slice the chicken which I love. I think the slicing allows for more chicken in the pie than cubes. I want a chicken pie, not a gravy pie. The turkey is the same. Jam packed with turkey. I keep several in the freezer especially in the Winter. There are very few placed that have good turkey and chicken pies. Trust me, I've tried them all. They also sell sliced cold turkey, turkey salad, al the typical Thanksgiving sides, turkey meatballs, meatloaf, shepherd's pie, soups, turkey burgers, turkey sausage and various turkey parts. This is a place well worth trying, and if you go at holiday time make sure you are ready to hurry up and wait. They can't help that they are slammed with business at that time of year.

I have been coming here for a few months. Mr Wayne, the owner, is super friendly and helpful. He works diligently to maintain the farm and makes good recommendations. Paradise farm carries a large variety of products including grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork, free-range chicken and duck. They also have pastured chicken, duck and turkey eggs. The animals here are sustainably and humanely raised. They carry raw Nubian goat milk. Goat milk is closest to breastmilk for it contains exclusively A2 protein. The type of milk that most people drink comes from holstein cows which produce A1 milk. A1 protein is not ideal for human consumption. On the other hand, goat milk is an A2 milk just like human milk. You can pick your own berries, peaches and apples here seasonally. The farm is open year around by appointment. Make sure you give Mr Wayne a call at (603) 345-0860 before coming in.

This is an approved Girl Scout field trip spot so i would highly recommend this to other troops too. Our girls were 3rd graders, great age. We earned the outdoor adventurer badge by doing this today!

Customers started arriving after I ordered my food. The Charcuterie plate has an assortment of cheeses, 3 Italian deli meats, gherkins, toasted focaccia bread, fruit jam, & grapes. The 2 Meatballs were good sized, soft firm texture smothered in marinara sauce, whipped ricotta & parmigiano. The food was very good, even without the wine. Also, the customers sitting next to me ordered a wine flight (4), burrata with bread, savory whipped ricotta with roasted cherry tomatoes & balsamic reduction & olive oil, and the popular meatballs. After I was done, I was able to settle up on the tab & pay with card through a Toast handheld device, which was $36.89 with tax and before tip.
