A large rolling cage was in the back of the store with two cats from Midlands Humane Society. The…read morecats had no water or food (bowls empty and/or tipped over) and the litter boxes were full and one had a blanket in it. Hard to say how long these cats had been without food and water. Based on the litter boxes, a few days. The cats were so friendly, tried to talk to them but they were backwards against the wall, could only see them through plastic, poor things. I did notify MHS and was told they would go pick up the animals immediately and discuss "proper care" with Petsmart. Such a terrible way to treat pets, you should be ashamed. And-Your fish tanks all need to be cleaned, full of algae and dead fish!

They said themselves she was an easy dog to work with. They barely cut any of her hair! I had to bring her back. They had her for 15 minutes, cut her down more, which I was happy with. But her legs and feet were completely uneven. Not all of her nails were trimmed. They barely did anything to her face. Left her with a sloppy uneven beard. I'm lucky to have such a good dog that she let me fix her face, trim and shave her beard, even out her legs, and to her and my dismay- trim all her nails. I'll NEVER go back!

Why on Earth would I want to adopt another animal from this facility given the gross negligence? What respectable animal shelter doesn't confirm/test for these kinds of issues prior to putting an animal up for adoption? I'd also like to add that the front desk staff (the welcome desk, not the folks in the back - they are very friendly) are incredibly rude. Consistently every time I've come in here, the social skills and public service has been horrific. I will no longer be adopting pets from this facility. They set the animals up for failure.
