The owner, who is very nice, also owns the BBQ place that is adjacent to the park. The BBQ is DELICIOUS by the way!!! No issues with power, water or sewer - everything worked well. We were able to get the concrete site which was pretty level. Wasn't expecting much in the way of internet access, but we were pleasantly surprised - really good internet!! There is a small building with a FREE washer and dryer in one room and a rest room/shower in the other. There is a road nearby but the noise wasn't bad at all. A couple trains per day go through town, but again, not bad. I wish there was a place like this in every town we stay in. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!

My neighbor doesn't know how to turn his clavicle 90 degrees to stop staring me down each time I…read moreget on my skateboard to go to the store or 5 miles down the road to the skatepark 2 days ago my neighbor behind me went 5 miles to Lynn Lane where I was going to and decided to make there prescence known to me by screaming something offensive out there window at me and lighting up sage up and down Lynn lanes sidewalks but not only that they also be lighting up sage just bout every time I open my front door and I mean every time sometimes it's like 2 minutes after I'm outside or 3 but not a single time Ive been outside have I been out there with our my nextdoor neighbor within a 5 minute window lighting sage so strong you can smell it through there house 10 feet away from it and again it's every time so it's not like I'm smelling a lit candle no I be out there minding my own then bam whiff shi one time I was out there with my parents and my sister hanging out on my front porch they came over for lunch and were out there eating this person within 5 minutes again lighting sage around my family these people are nosey asf and I can't leave my house without my baldheaded neighbor across from me staring me down for months now. Shi is depressing I have second hand embarrassment and instead of calling and dropping a complaint im leaving a review I already hit the lynn lane driver with a legal aid report this is now where I'm going with the bald headed muppet who can't seem to catch a hint. They do have pretty clean restrooms which is definitely worth 5 stars alone but the lady who owns the park offered me an ice cold cola when we checked in which made my day. The only downside was that it was a little hard to find because there are no signs outside but just look for the big yellow mailbox on the front yard, and a house with the red roof, pull into the long gravel path and check in at the back of the home on the property. There's a special door in the back with a red porch where we checked in and paid. Overall a wonderful and peaceful stay!

If it isn't attached there is a good chance his dogs will tear it up or drag it off. RJ is unwilling to replace or refund. His response is always well dogs will be dogs or puppies will be puppies. They pee and poop everywhere and again his response is well that's what they do. The shower house/toilet is old and needs replacing. Not open but just a couple months of the year. Only available for 1person at a time. The pond is not fit for fishing much less swimming. The water is stagnant unless it rains heavy then it flows over and when it floods it floods big time. You will get stuck. He has no scruples when renting a space out. The last couple had to get a tow truck for semis to pull out their motor home 3 times before the tow truck was able to leave. They just ended up leaving themselves. Don't blame them. There isn't any sewer hookups So you have to dump your own up at the dump station.

The manager is a really nice man, he is older, but will do anything he can to help you. There are a few people that stay here full time. A big complaint is the laundry/shower house, it really needs a face lift and some TLC that place is not inviting to shower in at all. In the laundry/shower house there are 2 washers, 2 dryers, 1 men's restroom with shower and 1 women's restroom with shower. I also wish there were more lighting around here at night. This campground is really jammed packed, you won't have a yard and not much room to park in your spot, luckily I drive a small car. The road right next to the campground is a route that emergency vehicles take every day/night, so you will hear sirens often. There are no bells and whistles to this place but we like the location and the price.
