I was a little intimidated at first because everyone seemed to be in great shape and knew what to do and I was starting out; BUT the staff did a great job ensuring that I felt comfortable and got the most out of my workout. Even the regulars are nice and very supportive. The workouts are extremely intense but no one pressures you to push yourself beyond your limits, and the coaches make sure you are doing the exercises correctly to minimize injury. It is great because if you just show up you can make a huge impact on your health because FitTown provides you with the support you need.

They need to start cleaning, I've been there for hours & have never seen anyone cleaning. I've heard of a lot of kids getting sick recently. they should be doing a lot better for the kids.

We wake up on a Saturday morning and drive 20 minutes and the INSTRUCTOR DOESNT SHOW! There were 7 of us waiting in the parking lot and we could not get in touch with the owner or instructor. Apparently, according to other clients in the parking lot, this is a regular occurrence. PB athletic wear and yoga frequently cuts classes on the day of or simply no shows. This is just terrible for business and very disappointing. ---------------------------------------------------- So FUN! The clothes here are adorable!!! And the yoga experiences are fun and different. I've done an aerial class and a Buti class. The latter was unique and fun, and the most challenging class I've taken for yoga. I love the energy, the people, the schedule times, the location, and the commitment to a scientific approach. 10/10 would recommend
