Thursdays at 11 am and wanted to keep team 7 , Marisa and Pricilla, as our only cleaners. They said of course, no problem. However, the next visit was a different team so i had to explain to them what i needed done. I called Crystal and said please send team 7 from now on or cancel. She agreed and said OK. The next time was great with team 7. A couple weeks later Crystal informed me there was a scheduling change to the next visit and they changed my std Thursday morning at 11 to another day and time which didn't fit my schedule. Yesterday, March 2, 2026 Rachel called to say there is another scheduled change and they can't come this Thursday unless they send a different team. Her reasoning is because since I switched to once a month they can't guarantee what team comes (there are only two of us so bi weekly was overkill at $170 for a 1 hour cleaning visit). I was already on the books FOR A MONTH for team 7! And what difference does it make how often my service is? You can't just shuffle people around like that. So 3 of the 5 visits were adjusted to fit them not me. We have schedules too that we work around to fit them in. I'm so mad at them, I canceled my service and will go elsewhere. Think twice before you hire them. Not a way to run a business.

I reached out to several cleaning companies on YELP and received a call from Chris of Keimy's Residential & Commercial Cleaning. Luckily, he was able to fit me into his busy schedule to accommodate the arrival of my guest. With her having allergies (and me having cats) I was very concerned about her well-being. Chris's team of hard-working ladies did not disappoint! They arrived like a "cleaning brigade", diligently went to work and when they were done, the house was like new and I felt a great sense of relief in knowing that it was well-cleaned and spotless for my friends arrival. Thanks to the "Keimy Team" I'm happy to report she was "allergy symptom-free" during her visit to South Florida! My son is doing renovations to a home he has yet to move into, and they also do construction "clean-outs" prior to moving in. I will definitely be referring them to my son when he gets ready to move into his house! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed! Tell them I sent you!

I paid her and I had to redo the bathrooms. The kitchen counters. And the upstairs closet was broken off the track. What normally takes 2 people 3-3 1/2 hours took her 2 1/2 hours. I had to wait a few days before leaving the review because I'm still mad.

A Rep came by to take a look at the house and then submitted a very reasonable estimate and we set an appointment. Kelly and her team came in and they were a cleaning tornado. Nothing was missed, appliances look like new (oven, fridges, stove tops) lighting fixtures sparkle, The shower looked better then when it was brand new (3 years ago) Cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms cleaned inside and out. The house has never looked better. I wish I had called FIVE STARS sooner and enjoyed living with the results myself. Thank you Kelly, you and your team are awesome.

Luckily, I was able to be flexible and work with her new schedule. It wasn't convenient, but I was desperate. I paid 3 people each what equates to $40/hr for a "deep clean." It needed some extra attention, but was not in bad shape. It felt pretty expensive, but they did a good job. Skip to December 2022, when I contact Kelly to hire her crew again. I request any time before Christmas and am told "maybe the 15th." I said I need to know for sure. She said, okay.. 15th and I'll tell you the time two days before. I said no, that doesn't work as I have other things to schedule and need a smaller window. She said she'd probably be able to be here sometime between noon and four. I asked if we could narrow the window to 12-2 and she said she hasn't planned that far in advance. (Mind you, today is the 7th and we're talking about service on the 15th.) I said I could wait a couple of days for her to create a schedule, but not a week. And she said we should just cancel. Clearly, Kelly has no interest in working for her clients. She makes you feel like you need to win her approval in order to be lucky enough to overpay her for her poorly-managed services. Kelly Sato Miranda: do better. *Responding: I was willing to forgive your scheduling problems once, that's why I attempted to hire you again. But no, not even the worst box store could get away with a "maybe" delivery date and a "sometime" delivery time. If you want to be the best, treat your clients like you would want to be treated. If you want to be compared to Comcast customer service, well.. then you still need to improve!

Called many times but it goes to voicemail. 11/25/25 5:55PM"Hi, I wanted to touch base with you. Nadika and her assistant left around 3pm. She told me that you told her not to touch the dishes in the sink because of mold and insurance issues, which I was frustrated about but said its ok, I understood if there was an insurance issue re: mold. She said she had gloves but didnt have a mask to clean mold. I told her we had masks to which she replied that she was told to leave it alone and you would call me to explain everything because it had to do with insurance. However, my ex boyfriend is working on the plumbing for the house and, unbeknownst to Nadika, was in the room while she was on the phone with you. He told me, after they left, Nadika specifically said that "these people havent cleaned in months" and she "wasn't touching the dishes" or "going near them", among other things. According to him, he thought she was being told that she's here to clean, as is her job, but she was refusing to do it. Now that, I do have an issue with. He told me he was actually planning on coming inside after he finished to talk me about what he overheard Nadika saying and advise us not to have her come back or use whatever company she works for again. Additionally, when Nadika and her assistant first arrived they were told, by my ex boyfriend the plumber, that work was being done with the plumbing and were asked when they needed to use the water. When they needed it, he would turn it on for them, which he did twice. After they left, my Mom said they didnt mop anything. Nadika didnt say anything to me about not being able to mop the rest of the house. I asked him if they had access to water in order to mop. He said yes; he specifically introduced himself, told them what was going on and asked at least 3 different times if they needed to use the water. Hes willing to speak to you directly about what he heard her say and the discussions he had with her about the water; theres no reason for nothing to have been mopped. I was very clear that we needed a deep clean because Im disabled and am recovering from a broken foot and my Mom is 79 with alzheimers. As nice as Nadika was, she couldnt even figure out how to put a fitted sheet on my bed. I had to walk her through it at least twice. Then I had to ask her to tuck in the top sheet at the bottom of the bed; she just grabbed it in a bunch and stuffed it under the corner of the bed. I was so shocked, I was speechless. On top of that, apparently instead of putting the trash bags in the trash bin outside, they left the trash inside our front porch and my ex had to take it out. Theres a clothes hamper just left in the walkway of the laundryroom... a hamper that neither myself nor my Mom can move. I dont know if it has clean or dirty clothes in it.Nadika acknowledged that she understood my Mom has alzheimers and I couldn't get around the house especially the last few weeks; I'm obviously not able to check the job before she left and she knew that. Nadika obviously didnt know the plumber is my ex and apparently she felt free to speak negatively about us and the condition of our home when she didnt think it would get back to us.I appreciate your understanding about my Moms account and still booking for today but we definitely did not get the cleaning we needed or expected, especially for $291.50. My ex is actually planning on cleaning what they didnt when he finishes with the plumbing. My Mom keeps walking into my room and saying how "the house is still a mess, especially the kitchen and floors". Inside the oven and inside the refrigerator were not cleaned. I checked on Kadika through the security camera twice and both times she and/or her assistant were sweeping the area in front of the livingroom couch. She cleaned my bathroom but other than that and a load of laundry Im not sure what they did from 12:15 - 3, especially since they didnt clean the dishes and its a very small house. They didn't even have to clean all the bedrooms, just my Moms.I hope we can find a resolution to this because my Mom is really upset about everything that wasnt done and wants a refund; the more my Mom and ex tell me about what they find wasnt done as they walk through the house, the more upset I am also. Well, I booked a 10am cleaning and left the door unlocked. They charged my card before 11am. I came home at 1pm and NO ONE had been to the house. The business owner said her worker confused the time (she didn't think to let me know that)? She said the worker would be there momentarily. So I kept my door unlocked and went back to work. I got home at 7pm (never hearing a word from the business)...and I open to the door to see again...no one came. Only then does the business owner say "sorry my worker went to the hospital." Truly unbelievable. If this was true - you either have no idea about the progress of the jobs you're assigning. Never a word from the owner all day (both times) until I found my home untouched. Remember she also charged the card prior to anyone actually being at my house - so the policy of "not charging card until after cleaning" was also false in this case. Please take your business elsewhere ... if this even is a real business.
