2 hours later... I still have no order. And no accurate estimate as to when it will be ready. Do not offer online ordering if your stores do not check their online orders. Do not leave people when they call to check on their order before excusing yourself. Do not then do that in person. I ordered online at 6:08pm, called at 7:04pm to confirm I was on the way for pickup. After being told they still needed 20 minutes to complete my order, I walk into the store at 7:25pm. When I say I'm here for pickup under my name, the cashier does not look at me, does not say anything to me. Instead she begins toying with a tablet, adding items on the register (I already paid online), assists someone else who came to pickup an order, then walks to the kitchen. Without a single word to me. When she finally returns after some minutes, I ask her if she needs more time. She says they need 10 more minutes. It's 8pm and I'm still standing in this store without my order. Without a single update since the first one I essentially had to pull teeth to get. Two other people have walked in and walked out with their order in the meantime and my family is just sitting hungry at home. This is definitely a hangry review, but the ball has been dropped at every possible avenue. read more

I like this place. I always get wings and cheese sticks from here. America was extremely helpful explaining the food change menu. There was someone named viviana and it seems like she needs more training or maybe she was having a bad day but she shouldn't be picking up the phone. I'm extremely positive but she had an attitude which was a first at this location. Because of her I will rate the place a 4 star. I feel the way you treat your clients says a lot about the restaurant. Thanks to America I didn't lower the stars, she was very helpful and kind. I was searching for a cheap and tasty pizza spot nearby and Tumby's caught my attention since it's located in my dearly beloved hood of Huntington Park (: my bf & I ordered a large one topping pizza to go (bbq chicken) and it was freshly prepared and baked mm mmm! Comes out super hot and ooey gooey and crispy and delicious! I really enjoyed it (: definitely coming back and planning on becoming a regular (: they also got plenty of other menu items such as wings and pasta and so on, (which I must try someday) and well the large 5$ pizza comes out to a total of 5.45 (you can choose whatever one single topping you wish from their nice variety) and it has 12 slices! Best pizza place ever. Its a tiny little place in a plaza in hp, next to gallo giro. From outside, it doesnt look like much. But, the inside is a hidden gem. The customer service is amazing. The manager is a sweet guy named carlos. Very friendly. And answered all questions pertaining to the pizza. I ordered a custom made pizza. And it was enriched in flavors, and perfect. I also had there lasagna it was good. However; it could be better. If places a little more in the oven. But other than that. It was good delicious. The texture was good, had a nice taste to it. You can taste the pasta and the cheese and the sauce nicely. The wait time wasnt long. It was under 10mins. So i recommend this place to anyone!!!!!:) read more

I have ordered several times here before and honestly we always find either a piece of wrapper from maybe their ingredients and we try to ignore (we're far from this place so driving there to complain for that is a hassle) but today i was reheating left over slices from yesterday's pizza 12/22/16 and I see a hair I thought it was my boyfriends so I proceeded to remove it and nope it's a long black hair that was obviously cooked into the pizza because as I pulled it, it was coming from under the cheese! A great little hidden pizza spot in Huntington Park ! I discovered this place one day when I was walking to Gallo Giro to get tortas for my mom and pops but myself was craving something else. I winged it and decided to try this place out and haven't regretted it since then. Their pizzas are great quality for the price! Pizzas are never burnt and are always delicious and they are generous with the toppings. They have so many specials to choose from that it's always hard to pick. I've only picked up in store and that has always been fast. They do offer delivery tho. As for the customer service: great. The employees will take their time to explain their different specials and recommend what'll be best for you based on the number of people your feeding. They are located literally right next to Gallo Giro's parking lot in the back next to what used to be San Manuel Medical Clinic and the nail shop and across from King Buffets parking lot. Parking is free and plenty. Highly recommend and it's always a plus to support your local businesses. read more
