I contacted Bric's who referred me to their webpage where a list of approved dealers were listed. I contacted Square Luggage and sent the requested information and photos of the broken part. They were extremely helpful and told me the cost if the part and shipping which I found very affordable. After a quick phone call they were able to have the replacement handle to me and the suitcase again looks brand new. I likely won;t be able to shop their store directly; however, reviewing their website I will definitely keep their information for any future needs.

There were 2 sales persons at that time. The middleaged woman was the one who assisted us but the other salesperson who was an elderly white man was closer to me at the time I was checking out the bag so I asked him for the price of which he responded "It's much more higher" then when I asked him to show me the USB port n the battery he replied YOU HAVE TO BUY THE BATTERY. I proceeded to tell him to show me where the battery is but he still kept insisting that I have to get them myself and he rudely remarked that IT's PRETTY SIMPLE implying that I am not so clever or smart to understand and thhe walked over to the lady salesperson and made a gesture for her to take over.
