Unfortunately, I didn't get names but the blonde tech was extremely nice and patient! The tech with long reddish/brown hair is very impatient! She was suppose to reschedule with the person who "trained" everyone and that didn't happen. I called left a VM and got a response with a text and haven't heard back yet.... Didn't get nothing from the package I purchased. To top it off I believe my family and I got covid from here... she did not disinfect after a group of 10+ walked out! I received a groupon deal for an early gender reveal. I was extremely excited to make an appointment so I could find out the gender. I called 11 times during business hours & got the voicemail every time. I left a message and they did return my call the same day, so that eased my fears of being scammed. I arrived the day of my appointment (12pm) and there was a CLOSED sign, mind you their hours are 10am - 8pm.... I called and luckily they answered right away and said they'll be opening in a few mins. As I sat parked in front a young gentleman wearing a wife beater & Dickie type pants unlocked the door. He looked far from professional. Besides that, the staff inside was very friendly. The girl performing my sonogram tried her hardest to get the baby to move and after time got the right angle/shot for a view and she told me she thought it was a girl. (I went elsewhere a week later & she was right). The quality of the 3d/4d wasn't the best I've seen. I've attached a picture of the difference in quality. Terrible business! I went to Tummy time yesterday and the lady at the counter was not answering my questions correctly. For instance she said I could get a good 3D ultrasound picture after 15 weeks but the pamphlet on the counter said 30 weeks. I asked to use the restroom and was disgusted by how filthy it was. The toilet seat was caked in excrement, the sink was dirty, and they had no paper towels. I walked out without taking an ultrasound pictures and they still charged me! My fiancé hasn't gotten to go to any appointments and we have been so bummed about it because of stupid covid, on top of having terrible doctors in Modesto it's just been a very upsetting first pregnancy experience, until today. Today we had our appointment with Alicia (hope I spelled it right) and we were greeted by Britney, both ladies were so warm and welcoming and helpful and made this experience so enjoyable and fun. I purchased a Groupon and was really nervous because of all the bad reviews. But it was fine. I had to pay $12 something in addition to the Groupon for taxes and their "sitting fee" (whatever that means). And then they charged me $1 for using my card. I wanted the 3D pictures which were not included with the Groupon, so I purchased the disc of the entire session for $15, plus another $1 fee for the card. I thought that was a pretty good deal because we got some nice pictures. I was 27 weeks at the time of the visit. Some reviewer said they were hard to reach, but I texted the number on their Facebook and got a response the same day. Minus one star because I've been to Womb's Window. I felt that was a 5 star experience and a nicer setting. Tummy Time wasn't bad, but Womb's Window is a little more comfortable. I also thought it was weird/a little tacky that they have "tip your sonographer" buckets EVERYWHERE. read more

(Traveling from Stockton CA & accompanied by a good friend traveling from SoCal to experience this moment) Went on October 9th 2021 @3:30PM & we were informed when we got there that the card machine was not working, that we wouldn't get our photos that day, and they ran out of their promotional heartbeat bears... Fine, no problem I guess.... Went across the street to pull out cash that THEY recommended to go to & it was out of order. We DID have zelle, cashapp, venmo but we were not getting any service at all in that place to the point where none of our apps were working (they should've at least offered to use their Wi-Fi? Idk, just felt like they were not helping in the situation at all). We went home because like I said, we couldn't do much after that. Such an embarrassing experience since our friend was with us. I should've taken this experience as a red flag and never came back but, I did. We set another appointment just my husband and I. Appointment set for October 17th 2021 @ 2:30. Showed up 10 minutes early, in case we needed to sign forms & what not. Came prepared with cash, we were even planning on tipping our technician. (There's signs everywhere about how they appreciate tips, probably the only thing they care about to be honest) Was not greeted until 2:36ish. We're told that she was behind because she was the only one there. Fine, no problem. Told us it will be about a 20 min wait. My husband asked "will it really be a 20 min wait?" She said about 20-30. Even though there was STILL a whole family in front of us, we were okay with that because we were excited to see the baby in 5D. 15 minutes goes by & she's still helping another family. The family after them STILL hasn't even gone yet( you can tell they were extremely frustrated).... We had other plans that day that was held in stockton so there was no way we would make it in time, we were pushing it just waiting the extra 30 mins. By the time the other family went in and finished, we would have probably would've waited over an hour. We left at 3PM. 30 minutes passed our appointment time. Each appointment is approximately 30 mins. So if that family before us hasn't even gone we would've been there for a MINUTE, just waiting. This place is OVER booked AND understaffed. Extremely unacceptable. They should've handled the situation better. Do not come here especially if you're from out of town. 10/10 times you're going to spend your day wasting your time. read more

But this place never answered their phone to make an appointment there are 2 different and I had left multiple messages and call multiple different times during the day. So I could never even get my sonogram done (Fortunately Groupon rocks) I was able to get my money back for the voucher and after all the messages and voicemails I had left still I haven't got a call back this place is horrible with booking appointments and getting back to there customers.. Came here with a pregnant family member for a gender reveal. The appointment was very rushed. The tech was friendly but seemed inexperienced. She had to go out and ask someone to clarify what she saw to say whether it was a boy or girl. She gave my cousin one printout with an arrow pointing saying boy. This was not my experience when I was pregnant and visited other places such as Womb with a View and received at least 6 printouts showing boy. I can't find a nice word to describe it so I'm just going to be honest and say it was kind of ghetto there. And they had signs up all over the place asking for tips which I thought was extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this place based on experiences elsewhere. read more

I was a little worried coming here seeing all the reviews but after my appointment on Sat on 10/21/2017 in the morning. I must say I was shocked that this place doesn't have better reviews! I had a really good experience we had Vanessa who was really sweet and was able to determine the sex of our baby right away at 16 weeks pregnant. We had a large group but we were able to fit comfortably in the room with even extra room for more people if we wanted. I would definitely recommend this place, and don't judge by the reviews make it your own experience. we were looking for a place to determine the sex of the baby and a place that can accommodate a large group over all we had 10 adults. Found a good deal on Groupon (read fine print it does say you will pay the taxes at visit which was only $10 and some change). Anyone wanting to find out the sex of the baby before their 20 weeks ultrasound I highly recommend to come here! Thank you Tummy Time! Booking: I booked a month in advance I did call but texting will get you a much quicker response. Use common sense if you know your weeks of pregnancy book in advance if you want the date and time you want. My appointment was on the weekend and they took me right in with no wait time. Well the only problem was that I couldn't get through to the business to schedule my appointment and redeem my voucher. I called four times and left four voicemails, one being to the manager. I text the number provided by the website three time. I did two online inquiries and sent an email. NO RESPONSE. I finally got fed up and asked Groupon for a refund. Terrible experience just trying to get an appointment! I bought a deal on Groupon for Tummy time and was so disappointed! I tried to call for 3 days and left multiple messages just to try to get an appointment. I kept getting their voicemail, which had their hours listed and I was only trying to contact them during business hours. By a miracle I FINALLY got someone to pick up on the 3rd day!! I usually would have given up long ago but since I had a groupon certificate I really wanted to use I persisted. When I finally had someone on the phone to make an appointment they told me they didn't have an open appointment for another 3 days! They say on their message that they also accept walk-ins but the lady said 'no way was that possible' When I asked her why I had not received a phone call back she said that they were just getting to their messages. I was anxious to get an appointment because family was in town and it was finally time to find out the gender of our baby. The receptionist told me she would talk with the sonographer and see if they could fit me in sooner. And BIG surprise I never heard back from them! I finally contacted groupon to refund my money and then I went to the best ultrasound place yet WOMB's WINDOW! They offered to match my groupon price and got me in that same evening; but best of all they actually answered the phone to make an appointment! WOMB's WINDOW has amazing sonographers and we even got to talk to the owner that was awesome too. I thought they may give me the slimmed down version of ultrasound because they had given me a great deal but no way they spoiled us. They gave me extra pictures and even took the time to give us a look of what our baby looked like in 3D & 4D. They have top of the line equipment and I would recommend WOMB's WINDOW A 100times over tummy time no matter what kind of deal you may be getting! read more

At this point I would have just forgotten about it and moved on but my cousin had called ahead and prepaid for a package for me since she lives out of state. They didn't answer the phones or return any of my several voicemails. My friend called to make an appointment for "a very large package" and they called her back within hours. I went in with my friend to get a refund, where I was greeted with "Hold on," by the receptionist while she took a 4-5 minute phone call. This is my second baby, but first time doing a 3D/4D ultrasound. The staff are super friendly/helpful/acknowledgeable/considerate. Love the hospitality/comfort of the office. Respected our decision to not find out the sex of the baby and sealed it in an envelope for us. I don't think there was a problem finding out the sex of the baby because they printed/recorded it quickly while our eyes were shut! Got some good shots of the baby's face. I definitely have pregnancy brain because I should've remembered to drink a lot of water before any ultrasound so they would be clearer but definitely wish they had reminded me. Overall experience, price, and what I received for the "little moments package" was a good deal. Got a deal on Groupon, remember Groupon doesn't cover tax so you have to pay tax at the office. We had a great experience at Tummy Time yesterday! The ladies working were very sweet and accommodating. I purchased a Groupon for one of their packages and was able to get an appointment right away. When I call they even asked if I wanted to come in that very same day. The office is small and cozy, they have cute infant outfits, blankets, hats, socks, and shoes and even bags and wallets for Mom. We were called in to the sonogram room and our tech was super sweet. She explained everything we were seeing on the big screen and made me feel really comfortable. Our baby is a little shy and likes to snuggle up to the placenta instead of showing off his cute little face but Jenna was able to get a great shot anyways! Dad wanted to see the "goods" and she took her time to coax the baby's legs apart to show off his package. Dad was happy for that! All in all, we had a great experience. We were able to go home with 4 pics, a 5x7 3D, a CD with images, and a live DVD of the entire session. I will definitely be coming back to Tummy Time for our next sonogram. Oh, and try the little restaurant, Beyond the Bunz, next door ... yummy comfort food for after your appointment! read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Here's my story: My sister in law purchased a groupon from here to have a gender reveal done. I called and scheduled an appointment over a month in advance. They told me they would call the day before to confirm. When my appointment day came and I never received my confirmation call, I began to get worried. I called several times that morning and even left a message on their machine. We decided to drive up there anyways (40 minute drive for us). We show up to a door that's marked closed until 3pm with a hanging sign. However, my appointment was scheduled for 12pm. We again called, knocked on the door, and waited 30 minutes. We finally gave up and went to a competitor with no issues. I called again at about 1:30 to see if I could get an explanation and the woman finally answered. When I told her who I was she placed me on hold for several minutes. She came back and said she had been in the store since 11:45 and did not hear us knocking. She also denied receiving any calms or my voicemail. Since I felt she was completely lying to me I hung up. Here's the icing on this horrible cake. Today I find out that she still redeemed the groupon and was paid for services she did not provide! I'm encouraging all new moms to share this news so that this experience doesn't repeat itself! read more
