After the purchase I set up a delivery time for the next day, where after a initial call to let us know they were on their way, they arrived on time and moved the piano into our living room in a safe and efficient manner. I then arranged for Andy to come back at a later date and tune the piano. On the scheduled date he arrived, not only did he tune the piano he cleaned it too! Have you ever seen a dirty piano? When I lived in Ames, I had a piano in my basement and I loved it. There is something about playing a piano, (even if your not that good) that makes songs jump out of me in ways that they could never do with a guitar! To put it bluntly besides a French horn, a basson, a bari sax, and a cello it's pretty much my favorite instrument in the world! So when we got the space, the first thing in my head was, when am I going to get a piano again! So I have been looking on craigslist about every day and found a guy who had a few used ones for sale, at the time I didn't know it was Andrew from Tuna Piano. Very unprofessional !!! I was selling an organ and my buyer had contacted this company to pick up the instrument at my home. They were given the dimensions. All the sudden, ONE HOUR before pick-up, they backed out, claiming that they could NOT get the organ through my door (when it came through just fine when it was placed here), wanting twice the agreed upon amount. . . and using other excuses and absolutely refused to move the organ. Hired them to move a Piano. They picked up the piano, moved it to my driveway and then told me they wouldn't move it into my house because they lost their insurance. One of the men tried to convince me to give the piano to him, since it "wouldn't fit in my house". I had to pay them to go away and then had to hire other piano movers to get it in the house.
