I explained that I couldn't come later due to evening conflicts so they cancelled my appointment. Super disappointed in the lack of professionalism, especially since I booked here on the recommendation of my acupuncturist who works in the same space. Time management is important as is my time. I'm now left without a much needed massage at the last minute after having planned out my typically busy evening.
