Trusting a new Shop is quite difficult for me, but these ladies know what they are doing, prices are very affordable considering the market for haircuts have gone up over the years, there's a drink included with every cut, and the shop has very rustic/relaxing vibes. 10/10 recommend. read more

5/5 Stars Another fantastic experience at this men's boutique! This time my stylist was Val, and she was absolutely amazing--super nice, funny, and made the whole appointment enjoyable. The quality of the cut and service was top-notch again, which is why I keep coming back. The cocktail I had was excellent, and the overall vibe of the place remains one of its biggest draws. That said, I'd love to see the TVs go back to sports, news, and other "manly" content instead of the recent switch to ChiveTV, which feels a bit bland and takes away from the unique ambiance that makes this spot special. Careful not to lose that signature atmosphere--it's part of what sets this place apart. All in all, great service, great people, and a great experience. Highly recommend! read more

Had an appt at 4:30pm that I showed up at 4:05pm for. Wasn't there for a specific stylist. Watch each stylist empty their chairs and fill them with people that walked in after my 4:30 appt time. Girl at the bar was clueless and tried to tell me at 5pm that everyone in the chairs had appts at 4pm. I'd rather you tell me you screwed up than just blatantly lie to my face. You are a guy in need of a hair cut this would be a great choice of spots! The check in is easy. The beer is ice cold, and you in for a little stronger drink then okay that have it. You a wide variety of services. I usually hand pick the young lady that cut my hair. I will not call her name or she will be booked to the max! Ha ha. Slightly pretentious barber kinda scoffed at the idea that I went to get a hair cut at a chain where my barber works. Who has been cutting hair and started working his way up for 30 years in France. Called to make an appointment. Lady said, not a VIP? Then can't make an appointment over the phone, only on-line. Made an on-line appointment for 2:00. Get there at 1:55... said she's just finishing up, will be just a minute. 25 minutes later I am still waiting. Asked why I made a 2:00 appointment if at 2:20 I am not even in the chair. She said a walk-in had come in just before I got there so the walk-in got my spot. I left as I had to go to work. Why make appointments????? read more

Unless you're a "regular", don't bother with this place. Very rude staff and LONG wait times. Stylists keep giving customers looks while they wait. Made me feel very uncomfortable. The hostess at the front is very unprofessional. They chat up the regulars quite a bit, though so a wonderful experience for them! Should make it a paid membership hair club! read more

Had a really good experience here. Noelia did an amazing job. I was greeted with smiles and warm conversation and then was shown the menu of services that are offered here. I had a haircut, beard trim, straight razor trim, and a 5 min massage. It was awesome. Not only do you get a few free beers, but they will stop the hair cut so you can drink said beer. Brea was great! I loved my cut! She took me on short notice I was a walk in. She knew she would only see me maybe twice a year because of my travels yet she took her time. I was very impressed with her level of knowledge. She was friendly and a must must return to see next time I am in town. Easy on eyes as well which always helps my feeling with the person cutting my hair. read more

Walked in- on a Friday afternoon and was told to sign in, was offered a FREE drink, I don't know any other place that does that. Only waited about 3 minutes until I was seated. I only wanted a trim and that's exactly what I got, also got the eyebrow wax. Loved it! Will definitely be back to this Salon. read more

Husband paid for the VIP service package just last week. Package was supposed to include " a VIP Program that gives you the next available chair by skipping the line, unlimited haircuts, beard trims, and massages along with one pedicure and manicure a month". As he works 5 to 6 days a week with crazy hours, the money spent on the package seemed well worth it. Until he went in today to get his hair cut and they informed him that they were doing away with half the amenities included in the package...like the "skipping the line" part. He was told that this had nothing to do with Covid, but was because other, non VIP customers were complaining about it. He was told that he would have to schedule appointments now for all services, and that they would get him in "as soon as they could, which would be the middle of next week". Wouldn't waste my money on this place, and want a FULL REFUND for the Bait and Switch VIP package. read more
