I tried their cold plunge for the first time. Your 1st session is free! Can I just say I wanted to shout but I didn't LOL!!! They even gave me a free shirt for my first time. HOW SWEET!?? Next, l did the body balance with red light therapy. Let me tell you so many health benefits, and it vibrates throughout the machine. I almost fell asleep.
