Well first of all my appointment was at 5:30 PM on a Monday after work. So I get there and well she didn't start on my hair till probably 6:30-7:00 PM after proceeding to cut layers in the back of my hair before even asking me if I wanted it and before doing my coloring, which I was very unhappy about because my hair has curl to it and it WAS long!!!! Then she took 30-40 minutes to mix colors. Then finally did all that.. then washed it and did something else to it that I never asked to be done with it and then cut it more. At this point I was honestly in shock and I was exhausted and hungry... Then she wanted to take pictures of what she did to post on facebook... by the time I left it was 11:30 pm!!! I went home ate and went to bed the next morning I looked at it and was so angry my roots were a orange color and my hair cut was terrible and there was about 3 different colors in my hair... I sent her a text about it and she asked when I could get in to try and fix it and I told her early Saturday morning and never got a reply back, so thankfully my hair stylist text me and said she was back I told her about it and I went in on Saturday morning and she couldn't believe what she did to my hair at all finally it was all fixed... oh then finally the other girl texted me back later that day and said blah blah, so I had asked her to just pay me back for what I had to pay to get it correct and she refused to do it! So my advice is don't go to this place EVER!
