I have been a part of PDOs that require attendance to fundraisers, snacks provided for class etc. nothing wrong with that! But I do like that I get a few hours to myself and don't have to worry about added responsibilites. The only is that the second year my daughter came, she had 3 different teachers. She didn't seem phased, but it did bother me that the teacher turnover rate was so rapid. I imagine that is hard to avoid in childcare. Tuition is good (and standard across the board in comparison to other PDOs in the area). Amount of time is good. My child feels loved...that is SO good. And I feel like she is safe. Again, this is coming from a toddler parent so it may be different for older kids in the program. I have mostly been pleased with the experience.

Very high teacher turn over rate. 5 teachers have left since September. The classrooms are not set…read moreup in centers like a typical classroom. They do not have weekly educational themes or units, like "All about me" "Winter" "MLK" "Dinosaurs" "space" etc instead they do sock day, waffle day potato day??? They don't use any curriculum, the teachers are not cpr certified, no sensory tables in classrooms, no monthly training for staff, parents have to pay for weeks they are not in school yet staff isn't paid for holidays. They didn't inform parents when there was an murder suspect on the preschool grounds they 2 weeks later found in a shed next door to the school. The directors have NO experience in childcare.

I visited over the weekend for a training and it was a great location. The area was big enough, the…read moretemperature was right, they had all of the technology needed and more! They had a kitchen area were lunch was served daily. The restrooms were fully stocked and the maintenance crew made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Great location. Great campus altogether!!
