Luckily this branch is open at 9am on Sundays so I was able to score an appointment then. Several things went wrong during my visit but they atill get 5 stars because of how they handled it. First, my appointment didn't actually start at 9 because the manager had the key and no one could get in the building. We actually didn't start for about 30-35 minutes later. Second, there was an issue with how to input information in one of the sections that my preparer could not figure out. There were numerous calls to tech support and the manager. There was even a Google search involved. Finally, the system went down and I was not able to pay to send off my return tha day. I had to return the next day and pay which was very inconvenient. Evelyn and Maryann were super helpful throughout this whole process. They worked diligently to make sure we were comfortable and that we got the most out of our return. The appointment is scheduled to take 1 hour but our appointment actually took 4 hours. We were exhausted by the time we left but confident that we made the right choice with H and R block.
