Last week new water pump $1000, out of alignment $200. Tow fees for the fuel pump wiring burning up, then of course, diagnostic then fixing fees, $2000. I mean, it never ends. Oh yeah my sun roof leaks. This was supposed to be a good car. We have only owned this car 6 months, payed in full no financing. 0 STARS WOULD BE BETTER!!!. All he said was that's a BMW. To your response- exactly $1000 in the first month, just as you said in your response. This car should have had all of those things fixed before we bought it. If it had been properly gone over after you bought it from an auction, we wouldn't have had to fix those things. That is the issue, it seems that you buy them from the auction and immediately put them on the lot without going over them first. If you were to check all of your vehicles, I'm sure some would need to be fixed, which would cost you money. So, if you ignore fixing them, then it completely falls on the buyer. Its also convenient that you have a repair shop at your dealership because you know customers will bring them back to you to get repairs done. Which of course makes you more money. We had the loner car for only a couple of hours, and because we live over an hour away, it didn't really do us any good. After your shop was unable to do an alignment for us, we chose to go elsewhere for our services.

I recently purchased a 2008 VW Jetta off of Travieso. He gave wrong information in the ad stating…read moreit has a check engine light but does not affect the way it drives. Once I got there I popped the hood and immediately seen the MAF sensor was unplugged so I said something and he proceeded to pull the connector from behind the motor and plug it in which once he did it immediately died. So I immediately decided to scan it and found 6 different trouble codes which Travieso said "has check engine light but doesn't effect the way it drives" was misinformation. After I confronted him with the codes he was willing to negotiate and eventually we agreed from 3000-2000. Once I got it home I found that it was leaking oil majorly and burning it. But remember it "doesn't effect the way it drives" thankfully I'm knowledgeable when it comes to these systems and found the source of the issues pretty quickly and repaired it for around 200 so still a win. But overall I would not recommend this place because I felt he was trying to be very deceiving and seemed upset when I tried negotiating for the issues. If you go here please request to scan the car with either his scan tool or better yet take it to Napa or O'Reillys, please be careful when buying here! Anyways I fixed it cheap and now it works well.
