But I knew their specialty was patios and landscaping, so we reached out when we were ready to do more with our backyard. They've been super booked this summer, but were able to fit us in. The concrete patio they installed looks incredible. We love the space it created for our kids to play and for us to enjoy. It's so nice to have a space outdoors where we can entertain and be proud of how it looks. During the patio process, they let us bring our own drawings and ideas to the table, and guided us according to the best practices they know so well. They went over and above, allowing us to add some additional space and came back to add sod in some places where the yard grade had changed and drainage needed to be adjusted. Both at no extra cost. I've been a loyal customer of Chorbie for more than 7 years. Service and customer service has…read moredeclined in the past few years. You now reach a call center and management no longer communicates with customers. Called two weeks ago to inform them that my entire was not being mowed and that I had grass down the center that was at least 3 to 4 inches taller. Gave them two weeks to correct, still not correct- it's now worse, I have strips of tall green grass and burned grass to the soil. Was promised crew would be out on Friday or Saturday to fix. Waited until late Saturday and was then told they were waiting on the crew manager to reach back out to them and they would try for Monday. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the new management team no longer does this. To add insult to injury, they mowed off a sprinkler head in an area they mowed too low. After I shared I recently paid over $400 to have my whole system checked and repaired, they came out within a few days to fix the broken head. When I called Chorbie Weed Treatment, they actually made an effort to keep my business as they now serve as two separate entities. I hired another company to come out and mow properly. Yard looks great again. It's just hard to believe they just let a loyal customer go that fast.

Im not sure there's enough positive things I could say about Pave N Turf, but let's give this a go. 1. I received quotes from a lot of companies who could do the turf, but couldn't do the demo or the decor (I went with decorate rock, pavement was an option). If you need both done, Pave N Turf is the only company you need to contact. They did the demo for a very reasonable price removing a huge amount of concrete, brick, bushes, shrubs, grass, etc, all while understanding what my vision was for the finished product. 2. The attention to detail was truly incredible. I couldn't tell you how many times I saw the crew members on the ground with scissors making sure every single edge was perfectly trimmed and everything from sand to rock was perfectly smooth. I overheard Noe tell a co-worker "We get better at this every single time." That showed me that this is a company and a group of guys that truly care about making your project perfect. 3. The Pave N Turf guys work HARD for you. 8 am to 8 pm, three days straight. Always on time, no excuses. They discovered an old stump in my yard and I saw at least 3-4 guys taking turns cutting it out at 7:30 at night so they could begin with turf the following day. 4. Communication wise, these guys cant be beat. From meeting Orren for the quote, to working with Noe and other crew members, the guys consistently asked questions to make sure we were on the same page. The shape of my putting green came out perfectly because three of us took the time to talk through it until it was just right. 5. And finally, the quality of the product. Wow. The turf feels amazing on your feet and it drains better than my grass did. The putting green rolls like a true putting surface, rewarding quality strokes and punishing bad ones like a real surface should. My friends were all amazed by how realistic the green performed. 5 stars. 100% recommendation. These guys do incredible work--Give them a shot. read more

Just a fantastic experience from quote to finished product! These guys are just fantastic at what they do! My putting green was a smaller project but you would never guess that from the level of service they provided. They were able to finish it in one day, so were able to work me in the schedule a couple weeks earlier than anticipated. Orren was out quick after I contacted them for a quote and gave me a few different options. When I wanted to change things he was super quick with responses and communication was excellent all the way through even after it was installed to check in and make sure it was perfect. I also can't say enough about Noe and his whole crew. They were absolutely amazing!! They went through everything with me and even had some great ideas for little tweaks to make it even better. They came and talked to me through the whole process and made sure I was thrilled with the contour and tweaks that were made. Holy cow do these guys work!! I can't say enough good things about these guys and my experience working with them. I used to work for the Saturn Car Company and have extensive training in customer service and have a pretty high bar, and Pave-N-Turf has exceeded my expectations! During the free project estimate the salesman was friendly and honest and did not try to upsell me on any products. On install day, they showed up on time and listened to my ideas and concerns for the project and walked me through the plan. During the final steps they cleaned up the patio and rock garden cleaner than it was when they showed up. And even though my project was small and my home is modest they were very professional throughout the process and treated my home as if it were a high end project. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and would use them again if I had another project that was in their wheelhouse. read more
