The entire team, from start to finish, were professionals. They were personable, knowledgable, skilled, and efficient. The damage was so extensive that it took a few days to repair, and they showed up on time each day and went right to work-- I didn't even know they were there. I could not figure out what was causing the leak, which only happened occasionally and without regularity to heavy rain, snow, etc. They came and quickly identified where the issue was likely occurring and described in detail how their waterproofing process does both sealing and water diversion of the affected area. Their demo team was very courteous and cleaned up their mess pretty well. They were also able to schedule me within a few weeks and this was great timing, as a lot of rain has come up where we live near Millcreek Canyon since then. I now have peace of mind that this is fixed forever and for overall less cost than I was prepared to spend.

Came just days later (after a weekend in between) with super fresh sod, and installed it wonderfully - we didn't even need to be home. Only had to cut out a few holes in it ourselves to get our sprinklers through but they did a great job sizing it the rest of the way. Weeks later we've got the best looking grassy curb strip on the block. Only suggestion would be to have them include some kind of care instructions - we looked it up online somewhere else to make sure we watered it properly but would've been nice to have a little guidance there. We were left with two massive storage containers with all our things in them in our driveway, unfinished clean-up in our basement, and a demand to be paid. I hired Oasis Landscaping to 1) perform a minor return of my yard's drip irrigation and 2)…read morepotentially take over all aspects of my home landscaping needs. I met Mariana and Alex. Between the two of them, they reported that they had over 40 years dealing with sprinkler systems and landscaping in general. We went over the specifics of the job and they agreed to come back to get started on the drip irrigation. I asked them to work up an estimate. They showed up and began tearing up the existing drip irrigation which consisted of "flex" pipe main lines with 1/4" tubing with emitters on the arteries. The goal was to provide better and more reliable coverage for my perennial gardens which includes several pots planted with annuals. Here is where it began to go wrong. On starting the work, I again asked for an estimate along with an itemized list of work done and left to do. I never did get those items. Instead of they would show up as sporadically and then leave an hour or so later. To be fair, this work was done in April. So weather may have contributed to their work schedule. They ended up installing PVC pipe with "riser" spray nozzles. Most of these spray nozzles are providing poor and inadequate coverage. In some areas there is too much coverage and in others none at all. Almost every time they came by to work on the project, they asked for additional money to cover materials and labor... again without ever providing the requested estimate or itemization. After more than six weeks of this type of work behavior, they finally finished the sprinkler work and were supposed to return the following week to start weekly mowing. They did not show up as promised. I had to remind them. They did come by to mow, but the end result looked like a 10 year old mowed blindfolded. I told them we were not a fit and not to return. Today I found out from a neighbor that one section of the new drip irrigation had sprung a leak causing erosion and damage to their flower bed on the other side of the fence! I have subsequently engaged another landscaper. Since working with Oasis, I have learned that the job done by them should have been completed at a cost nearly 50% less than I paid and should have been completed much quicker - even with poor weather. Use caution if you choose to work with this company.

They put me in touch with Utah Flood Guys, and told me that they would be able to handle the water, and just to let UFG do their thing. They knocked it out of the park!!! They arrived right on time, and were super calm and collected while I was peppering them with a whole bunch of questions and opinions. I was concerned that just a few fans would not do the job, and id be worrying about a musty smell and possibly left over water. They understood my concerns and took the time to explain the process, to put me at ease. Their equipment was quite impressive, and it was very clear early on that these guys weren't just placing fans. They knew exactly what they were doing, and they were coordinated, clean, and quiet. I can't stress enough, the piece of mind I felt while watching them work. It was super reassuring. They saved me thousands of dollars of repairs, and increased insurance claims. It has been a few months, and I can tell you that there has never even been a whiff of a moldy and musty smell. They left me with a bone-dry basement, and that is all I could to for.
