If you would have come out in September and fix the problem, we wouldn't have it as bad as it is now you cannot continue to ignore people without some sort of consequences . those go along with morals and good standing and at this point I'm starting to doubt that you ever had them and you blame all your workers except blaming yourself. My husband has spoken to people multiple times when calling in and they say someone will come out and no one ever has. When we originally got our pavers put in they looked great but upon further inspection, we realized that they are slanting down towards our house. So now even with the slightest rain, our back porch floods (which connects to our house door). We will never use this company again. Especially with living in Florida all of the hurricanes that we get, it has ruined our backyard. We are concerned it will eventually flood our house because of how slanted they are.
