Ended up cancelling the trip as the flight out of Waco was delayed and the connections were missed, negating the need for the trip. Contacted Hot Express immediately - we had only booked on the website the day before and paid the $95 that same day. They refused to give a refund, only offered a partial credit, told me they didn't care if I no longer recommended them to others and then hung up on me. We will choose another local service from now on.

The young man that went out of his way to help me, my daughter and my little dog get to my mom's in Waco was wonderful. (Jacob was his name, I hope that is his name, young 26 year old cowboy, clean cut, great manners) Not only was he professional, but oh so much more. He was fast, even though it was a holiday weekend. He was there in 30 minutes or less. He dropped a guy off that he was training in order to be able to fit me, my daughter and my little dog in the cab with him. I just thought you should know, and I'm sure you do, how hard it is to find really good workers but somehow you found an exceptional young man. He spoke highly of your company and how began working for you. He knew the area, we laughed because when he received the address he simply said, Oh, she lives behind the HEB. Yep. I just thought you should know the impact Jacob made on an irritated driver who lost her keys and was stranded at Slovacek's. I will write a great review on swoop as well. She was under a time crunch and Penske was so very helpful and nice! Additionally we had an oops and they immediately responded and sent our angel - Cassidy to help and solve the issue. They were very helpful and accommodating. Front desk and office staff was very personable. The rates were also really great! I highly recommend this company and location!
