They had done brake work on the same vehicle with those same issues just 2 months before and said nothing of this sort. Heard from an independent mechanic that when he went there to get parts from the test station, the guys inside were bragging about there intent to rob her in this way. My family has been having vehicles fixed here since they moved to Lewistown in the 90s. After this experience, we will never take one of our vehicles to them again.

The last time I went in was for an oil change and tire rotation. They also aired the tires or said so. I paid the bill and got out to my car to see my tire on the driver's side flat. It was packed inside, and I didn't want to mess around any longer, so I aired it myself. My checklist showed that everything worked, which was amazing since my Windshield fluid container has been broken for some time. I will continue to go there until I can get moved from this horrid area. I don't see much promise from any place around here, and this is one of the better places.

My cousin asked me if I could drive their Chevy Camaro over here to get the back tires replaced. The tires were a special order and he had been notified that they had just come in. So of course I was more than happy to help out (did I mention it's a Camaro SS, ha!). I arrived at 8:30. The employee who checked me in was friendly and professional. He took my information and the keys to my car. Within 10 minutes they had the car in one of their work bays starting on the tire replacements. The waiting area was clean, consisting of 8 chairs in a "U" arrangement facing an HDTV. The showroom displayed the various tires they carried which included Michelin, Yokohama, Firestone, Uniroyal, and BF Goodrich - a nice selection and great quality tires. 30 minutes later the car was done, paperwork complete, keys returned, and I was back on the road. The bald tires had been replaced and the new BF Goodrich 275/40R20's tires looked and rode great (not to mention the safety factor). If you're in the market for new tires, I would recommend you check this place out.

I wanted to match as close as I could. But they still ordered the all season radials. The work done was top shelf. But them ordering something other then I wanted. That's why I gave only 2 stars. Shop people were great. The desk people need to listen to what the customers want. Not wht the desk person wants. The reason I wanted snow tries only is because that vehicle is only used in the snow. I could have made a stink about it there. But this is public and maybe they'll correct the people ordering for the customer. But since this happend. I have been going Pekin Wamart cause they would order what I want, not what they want.
