Staff are basically high schoolers and they will scam you if given the chance too. If you have a problem do not expect professionalism. They will send wrong furniture. The quality of the furniture isn't worth value at all. Might as well go to re- read more

Update: 12/22/23 After speaking with the finance company, they informed me there is no guarantee they will refund me. They will investigate based off any reports Turk furniture sends them. This would leave me with no couches and no guarantee of a refund. Turk will only take the couches back if I sign a form agreeing to the finance company being the only option of reimbursement. Don, the regional manager, once again got angry with me on the phone when I wouldn't comply to his requests. When I asked him for the reports of all the service calls done on my furniture he said word for word, "what is your endgame here?" He then said, "well I won't be doing that." In response to me asking for the tech reports again. I called the repair company and they said they are contracted with Turk so all reports are done after the service calls are made and given to Turk. In order for a customer to get copies they have to come from Turk Furniture. In short, Don is a hothead, and a liar. Update 12/19/23 The regional manager met with the owner and it was agreed I would need to give the couches back to the furniture store before the process of my refund could take place. I was also informed Turk Furniture would not be refunding me since I financed the couches. They will pick up the couches, submit a report, and the finance company would refund me, but they don't know how long that will take. I requested documentation since nothing has been given to me In writing other than my receipt of purchase. *********** Turk sold me a couch that was so poorly made it's completely caved in and broken on one side. I've only owned it for 6 months. After 3 attempts of getting it fixed with almost no communication from the store, they are refusing to refund my money. The regional manager called me today and told me my only option is to take store credit. I don't want to deal with this store anymore! I told him I know a woman who was refunded her money and he said I was lying despite her having bank statements showing otherwise. Perhaps because she's white she got a refund, but I'm treated less than. He had the nerve to ask me what kind of communication I was wanting when I told him how poor it was. DONT BUY FROM TURK. What a horrible business. Family owned means NOTHING. read more

Love the products but..... sales lied to us, they claimed they cover couch removal when delivering new couches. So that was the first bummer. Then, the movers scratched up our brand new floors when they were delivering the new furniture. Won't be going here again or recommending to anyone read more

Skip this place. I have heard many complaints about a sales staff that lie to get a sale and then reciprocate with underhanded assistance when there is a problem. Details? Okay, but the detail is not necessary. I purchased a kitchen table with a built in lazy Susan that does not meet the quality standard of the floor model. It's a beautiful table costing over $2300 with crossbow chairs. We also purchased a warranty on the finish if we used a product they recommended, pushing the cost higher. They would not help when we complained about the delivered table nor would they help when we found out the varnished finished deteriorated rather fast...and completely. Since I sanded and re-finished with 3 coats it it is fine. I also purchased a TV stand/ artificial fireplace combination that I was overcharged by 40%. I paid $1000 and found it for $600 two months later. I also bought a living room set that turned out to be cheaply built. I expected better but it was less than desirable. The sales lady clerk, Fitzpatrick I believe, lied about it all, even saying the fireplace was reduced at a closeout price. Poor sales and misrepresentation pulls down the rating of the experience. Otherwise I would give them 2 stars on the table, 3 stars on the fireplace, and 1 star on the living room set. It was a large sale ($4000) and I would have done business with them again but they blew it big time, where time would tell their mistakes. I will always be mad at this. read more

I had a poor experience here. From the second I walked in the door something felt off but I continued to look around. I did find something I liked but somehow we got denied for financing despite the fact that I have near perfect credit. I kind of feel that this was an age discrimination issue because there is literally no reason for us to get denied if my credit was actually run. I believe they never even put information through but that's okay because I ended up going to another furniture store across the street and I was shocked to see the exact same furniture for half the price!! Like seriously identical brands. Needless to say I won't be back which is a shame for them because I'm in the process of getting ALL new furniture throughout my whole house! I have to be honest, I didn't purchase a thing here. I just moved to the area and asked if they would honor a warranty repair on a Flexsteel recliner. I had talked to where I bought it and they assured me anyone could honor the warranty and I would have to pay for labor. I was told by an employee at Turks they could not honor the warranty since I didn't purchase it there. I explained I had purchased it 100 miles away and could not take it back to the place that easily and that the place where I purchased it assured me that anyone who sold Flexsteel would repair it. Anywhere but here I guess. She initially thought I was referring to an extended warranty that I purchased from a store, but I explained it was a Flexsteel warranty repair. Too bad because we just purchased a home and need lots of new furniture and I figure that phone call just cost Turks about 10,000. read more

Skip it! I called them ahead of time to ask for a king boxspring and they told me they carry them and had them in stock currently. I got to the store to find out they don't have them. The furniture is very outdated and way too expensive for the quality level. read more

I recently purchased a new bedroom set from Turks. When it was delivered, there was a large crack in one of the bed pedestals. The customer service took care of contacting the company to get a replacement piece. Also there were a few minor issues with the drawers closing properly. Customer service called the company who then provided instructions for adjustments to the drawers to make them close correctly. I appreciate the excellent customer service. read more

I ordered my Mother a lift chair, Dark brown (Hold up to 500 pounds) December 2017. Chair was delivered February 2018. First off they delivered a sage green chair and now June 2018 the chair is making noise, creaking and moaning. They sent a repairman out to repair the chair, initially they gave her a two by four to place under the front. I called the office and told them that was unacceptable, so they sent another repairman out and he said that the sounds were "normal". I think they did a bait and switch, I believe we were given the up to 300 pound one, because I saw a sage green one that held up to 300 pounds the day I purchased the chair. I will attempt to get them to repair or replace and if they won't, my next step will be the BBB. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. This company is by far the WORST company I have ever had the unfortunate experience in dealing with. We originally bought furniture from their Ashley side, after 4 weeks we had their service team out because the furniture looked like we had it for 10 years, the padding was falling away from the frame so you could feel the wood framing on each piece, the ottoman began to sag and top cushion would not stay where it was designed to. The service team came out and recommended that the store allow us to do an exchange and told us someone would be calling us in the next couple of days to discuss options. Two weeks later we still had not gotten a call from the store so we called, of course the manager was not available and would call us back 5 days later still nothing. We had to go into the store to get anyone to talk to us and it still took a week and a half for them to tell us that we could exchange the furniture. We then had to spend 2 days in that store trying to pick out custom furniture because that's what the salesmen kept pushing us toward and every time we would pick the pieces and fabric it took him between 45-60 minutes to come back and tell us what we chose was actually no longer an option. Once we finally chose something, the exchange amount was not even close to what we originally paid for our first set the manager had a WEEK to review our purchase but chose not to take the time to write down all of the pieces that we bought even though he had the right amount over the phone and we went over all the pieces we would be returning. He then had the audacity to tell us that it was because we purchased the second two pieces the next day, which was a lie, we purchased everything on the same night before ever leaving the store. The new furniture was supposed to take 4-6 weeks after 6 weeks and no call that it was ready to be delivered we call three different times to find out in the end that the manufacturer ran out of our fabric.... one of only 3 options they carry. This wouldn't have been a huge deal except that were stuck with the original set that they won't take back until the new furniture is ready and that was going to be another 4 weeks, and they provided no communication to us. We had an expected delivery date and that came and went with again no updates. Then COVID-19 happens and we still have no furniture. We finally got an update after several attempts that the furniture is in one of their warehouses the store manager was supposed to call us Monday(5/18/20) and no surprise, there was no phone call when we called that day just after 4pm we were told he was of course gone for the day. Someone was supposed to call us today (5/19/20) we gave it until 1:30pm and no call so we called again and wouldn't you believe it there was no one there that could help! The man I spoke to at corporate had the nerve to say "well we can't work 7 days a week" IT WAS 1:30 ON A TUESDAY AFTERNOON!!! I will NEVER do business with this company again and I will be making sure everyone I know is aware of what a crappy company this is. Your customer service is absolutely atrocious and I can't believe you have been in business so long with the treatment we've experienced from day one. read more

Where to begin...instead of 60-90 days, our living room set took 6 months for delivery, & then, after constant badgering, another 2 months for our lamps, tables & carpet. Less than 2 yrs in, our furniture is beginning to break. Needless to say, we are currently looking for new furniture. Perhaps I'll try a "going-out-of-business" sale from a hotel. This company is completely terrible and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware. My parents purchased a couch and love seat from the store and got the lifetime warranty. The couch had problems since the first day it was in our house. We had service out numerous times with no one ever actually fixing the problem. Finally Turk refused to come out and fix it or replace the couch as the warranty dictated stating well the manufacturer is no longer in business. This shouldn't matter since the warranty was purchased from Turk and not the manufacturer but the company didn't want to replace a faulty product. After numerous phone calls and attempts to get some customer service the store agreed to give my parents an in store credit to apologize. The credit was only $1600 even though they originally spent around $5000 for the set. They were going to try to get the couch fixed elsewhere so this didn't really seem an issue to them (though it sure did to me). They worked with manager Moran who I must say is really terrible at customer service and gave them a terrible deal on 3 new theater seats. So we have them delivered and then Turk starts calling asking when we are going to return the couch and loveseat. This was never a return as the company refused to exchange the products, and even if it was supposed to be an exchange they should have received equal credit for new furniture to what they paid. Dealing with this company has been nothing but headaches. We don't blame them for the faulty products but we do for the way they have treated my parents since problems started. read more
