I got my replacement fan from here 2 years ago! My new Casablanca fan works way better than the one I had previously. It is quiet and fits perfectly with my room. It was a very good price for a quality fan. They have everyday low prices and I find that they are lower than the internet which is very nice. The ladies do a great job of finding what you need and within your budget. Forget those box stores, come to this place for unique affordable lights and fans! My mom had excellent customer service from Dekker Lighting. She needed to take down a chandelier to move it. The people in the store helped her through the process. The electrician did a great job, and was very kind. We had to take the chandelier in for rewiring. The women at the counter were very helpful and friendly, and so was the young man. Friendly family owned business. Great customer service. We ordered a mini drum shade crystal chandelier for over our kitchen table and it looks great! We absolutely love it! We knew what we wanted and they showed us many options in the mini chandeliers and listened to our needs. After they ordered it, it came in a little over a week, they said that it would probably take about two weeks to come in. We recently had to replace an old trac lighting fixture but didn't want to repaint the ceiling or move the electrical box. After 3 months of problems with our yard light photo cell not working properly, I went to Dekker Lighting to get a new photo cell. Karen Stammis helped me and within one day took care of everything! We needed a repair to an older ceiling fixture. We brought it in and Karen waited on us right away and got the men in the back room to look it over.
