They made the job look easy even though I know it couldn't have been. They carried my huge gym-quality treadmill up 2 flights of outdoor stairs with nary a hiccup! I was very impressed. Most movers stand around waiting for you to tell them what to do all day long, these guys went to work right away after consulting with us on the details and pricing: they knew how to wrap and box oddly-shaped and delicate items, they padded the doorways and floors, and kept everything flowing smoothly all day long and had a great attitude. We did the truck that comes to your home drop off trailer and pick up 3 days later or when you call them and let them know you finished. Everyone was professional and easy to work with . I called several times due to skepticism. But assurance was always given and the truck arrived as stated. My husband did ask that I include 1 thing he would like to see changed, which is a wider loading ramp as dolly barely fit. Electronic tracking was great to know where my stuff was at all times. I also liked that I could lock the bulkheads that separated my items and that only I had the key for it--peace of mind was essential to me. I've lost items in the past, but using U-Pack meant I lost nothing. None of my items broke because I packed it the way I wanted it. Only one suggestion for improvement: the ramp provided is heavy and hard to use. Will use this company again for future moves!
