I had so much big, heavy furniture and these guys got it done without stopping. Also were able to maneuver the big furniture through my skinny hallways and tight turns on stairs. I didn't even see them stop for water it was crazy. Will be using again for my next move. read more

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! The owner, Michael, pleaded with me to remove my first review and stated he would "make it right and fairly compensate" me if I gave his company another chance. This company is a joke - very unprofessional, unorganized and unreliable! Michael will call and cancel your move on moving day! My second move was scheduled almost a month in advance. Michael called me a few days prior to moving to confirm the move. On moving day, Michael called to see if I still needed the movers. I found this very odd and concerning. The movers were suppose to arrive around noon. I called Michael around 12:30 to get an update. He stated they were "dropping off" and should be headed my way afterwards. I checked again after 1pm. He stated he was going to check with the movers and see how long it would be. Michael called me after 2pm apologizing, stating the movers were not coming and he has decided to just shut down this business because he can't find good workers. This was definitely upsetting and a big waste of my time! Please do not use this company! You will be disappointed! I was able to find a great moving company to come through at the last minute. the service provided was very poor quality. one of the movers was very unprofessional and very loud. He played inappropriate music very loudly during the entire move. A lot of time was wasted since movers are paid hourly. The unprofessional mover took plenty of breaks and watched videos on his phone and got upset when I complained to the manager. He yelled very loudly on the phone, explaining the situation to a friend after his manager spoke with him about his unprofessionalism. The movers were very careless about fragile items and didn't try to protect items with moving blankets or any protective gear. For the price, the job was done in a very unsatisfactory manner. Owner sent unprofessional teens for my move with NO experience on how to move a house we had to help them take beds apart, how to load a truck, how to drive a truck, how to treat customers, and when I called him to talk about ALL the issues HE DONT CARE either! Also they can't put anything back together fret they take it apart. Another side not they brought hand tools fresh from the store. NO POWER TOOLS! NO DRILL I have a lot of experience with movers and I thought it was a good deal $40 per hour per person I only wanted 2 ppl but the owner talked me into 3 and the 3rd person was knew and didn't know how to do anything and the other 2 stood around A LOT and cussed every few minutes. They took beds apart and left the hardware everywhere I tried to keep track of everything but it was impossible. They took the legs OFF everything even the night stands and you should keep those on to have something to hold when moving. They couldn't put anything back together, they lost hardware, they lost 2 legs to 1 of my nightstands and I need 4.. These movers are the worst. I moved bigger homes in half the time with experienced movers these guys were young kids without proper training. They dropped 2 TVs and a mirror. We haven't hooked them up yet to see if they work. Thought I would save money on my move at this rate but it took them 10 hours to move a 1400 sq ft home with 3br & 2ba. My advice pay more get it done faster without the headache Missing hardware, beds NOT put together, broken beds, beds put together upside down and missing hardware is just not an acceptable way to do business. DO NOT USE THEM! Also they only had to move 1/2 a house, bc we were able to take early possession of our new home and rented a U-Haul the day before and found 2 friends to (pay) help and we got it done in 4hrs. They did suck a good job that we paid them both for 5hrs! And my friends so t work for a moving company,, even they did a better job than this shady company.. 1/2 a 3br 2ba took 10hrs let that soak in then hire a company with better reviews! You will regret trying to save $$ with this company,, or hire "My Friends" we're starting a moving business lol read more

Sent inexperienced young men. They damaged a piece of furniture that was like new. The piece was a high quality bed bought 20 years ago that was in a guest bedroom and had been used only a handful of times. You really can't get pieces like this anymore. The owner comped the move for a couple of hundred dollars but would not take responsibility for replacing it with a similar quality piece. It was not repairable. He kept asking for pictures which we provided and then other pieces of information including barcodes so 'he could do his own investigation'. I realized he was purely wasting my time. We go with insured vendors in case something like this happens. Well if you're dealing with someone less than honorable it makes no difference. A measure of any company or person is not how well things go but how well they handle it when things don't go well. This company and its owner don't measure up in quality or customer service. My experience with my moving crew was amazing! The crew showed up 10 minutes early and was ready to get to work. They were cautious with my materials and carried the glass products and wrapped them cautiously. When delivering my items to the apartment they ensured they did not scratch and items or bumped the walls. Completely courteous and polite. Helped me put my bed together and I'd definitely work with them again in the future! read more

I wish I could give less. But when I spoke with the owner in Birmingham Al. He quoted me a price and said that he would give a discount because I wanted three movers instead of two. They showed up on time. But when it was over thet told me $675. Now that did not add up to me because my charges should not have been more than $400. When I spoke to him about this he told me that his prices had gone up. I asked well how was I supposed to know that when we never talked about that. He also informed me then that he charges an extra hour on top of the hours that they actually work for "gas" which he never told me about either when we spoke about my quote. He argues with me me that he had when had not indeed. He refused to give money back, which would have been $300 according to the prices he originally quoted me. Horrible!!! Stay Away!! Damaged my furniture didn't cover or tie anything down upon arrival everything was on top of each other, damage to drywall in entry and hallway. Also broke the concrete block retention wall in driveway!! Then the owner calls the night before the scheduled move to say payment needs to be cash!!, the companies financial institution has been having issues with credit card and check payments seems very very odd!!! Very unprofessional stated one price then gave me a much higher price upon completion I even assisted the movers during the move!!!! read more
