The outcome was the worst job I have ever seen in my life , poor work , in a hurry , back door not fitted correctly . large holes left in plaster work . In short , so bad , that the fitters were all given their marching orders ! Apparently they had provided poor work in other peoples homes also. So after sending out fitters with questionable ability and expertise ,who left my home in a terrible state they did not even sort the mess out , they did promise to send someone out but after waiting several days ended up having get it done myself. I feel sick when I seen it , they also promised to come out after the job was finished to check the quality and address any problems before I would sign off for completing the payment . Instead they fitters got me to sign a form for what i thought was for paying them the cash for the job. The piece of paper was folded in 2 so I did not see the heading Satisfaction Note . Total Home N I used this to get the money from the finance company . Be careful of this company . Employees have left 5 Star Reviews on Google also .

This bunch of clowns don't step foot near them charge 30% more than any other glazing or door fitters in the country. Then refuse to come fix the problems I have to suffer for more than a year now. General Consumer council have been informed over their poor trading and refusal to fix the problem that the clown that fitted the door caused, trading standards also been informed, here's a shocked I'm not the first complaint they've received about the poor ethics and standards that they sell. Last point if you go anywhere near this pathetic company you only have yourself to blame. Muppets clowns and outright fools do not trust any work undertaken by this idiots!!!!!!!

On 8th Jan, one of Prentice Roofing's vans passed me as I was out cycling. The driver opened the…read morewindow and shouted verbal abuse at me as he passed, for no reason whatsoever. I contacted John Murray from Prentice Roofing to complain. John said he would investigate, but I heard nothing back. When I asked why I hadn't heard anything, he simply emailed back with "It was dealt with." That's all he said. I then phoned to ask what this meant, and John explained that the driver had simply denied anything had happened. This despite the fact that I sent John footage in which their van can be seen and the driver can be heard shouting at me. John indicated they wouldn't be taking it any further. At no stage did John or anyone from Prentice Roofing apologise for their employees actions towards me as a member of the public. Neither, apparently, did they take any action against this employee. I will now be passing this complaint to the police to be dealt with more formally. Please note my review here is not about the quality of their roofing products or services as I have no experience of this. My review is based solely on my experience as a member of the public making a complaint to them about their treatment of me. Very disappointing to say the least.
