My Mr. called around a couple places and got estimates but most won't help us unless we spend 5 thousand or more. During the winter, we used the wrong salt and one of our steps cracked and we needed that replace and 2 other that were wearing down. The rest of the steps were fine and didn't need work. Companies that came out and looked at it was told we would have to replace the whole steps at a ridiculous amount. Some we had a hard time getting them out here to even look at it. Finally he found this company. They were willing to fix the three steps, clean and seal it at a reasonable price. I put down half the deposit in January but had to wait until March. Till it warmed up. Which was understandable. My Mr. was communicating with a representative named Daniel. He was responsive every step of the way. When that time came, they were super quick and it took only two days. I couldn't be more happier. I would highly recommend this company for concrete work. Solid.

The house itself was built in 1886, so the steps were likely made back then too. I made numerous calls to places but it seemed no one wanted to work a job less than $5,000... Until I found this place right on here. Am I glad I did? Definitely! They did an amazing job for a great price. I called them up in January asking about an estimate. Daniel came out to my place within days while I was at work to check it out. Luckily, I didn't have to ditch work to be there. He gave me an estimate of $2,500 to repair the steps and seal them, which would be a two day process, scheduled for when it got warmer around late March. The company requested 1/2 of the price as downpayment, $1,250. On the last week of March, the crew came in on Wednesday to clean the steps and patch, and they were very respectful to my property. The next day, they came back to seal it up, even fixing the three steps leading to my front porch withour adding to the estimated price. When I came home after thet were done, I was absolutely pleased by the job they did, especially for the price. My steps look brand spanking new and I have the peace of mind knowing they're safe. This company is super-responsive, very friendly, and truly great at what they do. Daniel and his crew did even better than I'd expected so I'd vehemently recommend their work to anyone needing concrete work. This company is legit for sure!

This is a 3-car garage that was used to store high-end sports cars for 2 of the past 5 years so there is very little traffic in or out.  LIFETIME WARRANTY: Prior to the installation, the sales rep, Tyler, told us there was a lifetime warranty and if there were any issues including the apron which commonly fail they would repair it at no charge in the future I say this because they actually repaired concrete on the apron and future failure was a concern. He was very clear. There were two of us who had this conversation with him.   Essentially these guys will blame the concrete beneath for every issue and an excuse to charge a $100 trip charge. None of this is mentioned in the sales pitch! BUBBLES IN THE FINISH: We had the floor installed. They had to come back out after installing due to some roughness and bubbling in the clear coat. They used a scrapper to knock down the bubbles and rough spots. Fast forward to last fall, I noticed some pitting in the main flooring and cracking in the apron both areas where the one vehicle parks. I thought, well, it's fall, winter is coming. I didn't really want to have to send workers out in the cold, and we'd wait for spring. POOR FOLLOW UP/SENSE OF URGENCY: Unfortunately, several unanswered calls, voicemails and a week long ghosting after an email exchange, Miss Ariel Jones bobbed and weaved her way out of honoring the warranty. She in fact wanted $100 just to look at the floor. And $150 an hour to fix it. The warranty at the time of install, was a lifetime warranty and did not have an exception with aprons or the concrete under which was repaired by the service techs. CHARGE FOR A SERVICE CALL: This is a free quote company, yet they want to charge $100.00 to come out and would like to charge $150.00 per hour for the repairs. This, to me, is a total money grab and doesn't honor the heart of the warranty and the reputation the previous owner built. This is no longer a small "family" company. Aeriel, the service manager, is in Indiana and they have several locations in other midwest states. MISLEADING: This is NOT the same company that installed my floor in 2019. Gator Guard purchased or merged with them in 2022. They assumed the 5-star reviews of the prior owner (GFC) and still maintain the Garage Floor Coating of Columbus website along with their Gator Guard website. They appear to have responded to 5-star reviews for work prior to when they even owned the company! BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU: There are several complaints of them not honoring their warranty and receive 2.0 stars. Not only will I never have a garage done by them in the next home. When friends or neighbors ask for recommendations, I will make a point to tell them about my experience with Gator Guard.

A few feet of pole was buried in cement next to our driveway. He arrived on time and worked tirelessly (in the rain!) for an hour and a half! He dug around the cement, then used a jack hammer to break it up and release the pole. After it was out, he filled the hole with the dirt and rocks from the broken cement and hauled some of the larger rocks to our back yard. Because the pole was longer and heavier than we expected, we paid him extra to take it to the dump. He cleaned up all of the mess and was super polite.
