He sent a quote within 24h and never attempted to upsell or divert to another product line. The price was as quoted. He worked tiredlessly and completely to have my home done before the holidays. His work was flawless; all baseboards were removed and replaced so no quarter-round was needed and the transition of the flooring and existing tile was level so no transition pieces were needed. Damon discovered some damaged baseboard behind a bookcase and replaced it with matching woodwork to my entire home. He cleaned up each day and returned the furniture to place. He did excellent work and was unhappy that I was not pleased with my flooring choice *I am still adjusting to flooring from carpeting.
