Jacob is a true pro. You won't be disappointed with him or his workmanship. 1) he was extremely responsive and professional. He made a visit, and quoted everything out quickly, using online quoting software. 2) the price was extremely fair 3) he's competent and courteous 4) he left everything clean 5) only good surprises Jacob installed new Bamboo flooring in our living room. Before he did, he leveled the floor where it was uneven. The flooring install was done on time, and he kept everything very tidy. We liked the work so much, we asked him to come back to do some trim work for us, and he did an even more impressive job with that -- he did things with the trim that show true skill and attention to detail. Jacob was smart enough to say he didn't want to cut material near the pool, because he didn't want dust to get in there -- it's a little thing, but he gets it, and we never had to ask for that kind of service, he just brought it. When Jacob was complete with our flooring job, he not only cleaned the room, he also bought us a floor mopping / cleaning kit, and instructed us on how to properly clean the floor. We had painters over, and the painters nicked the floor in a few spots. Jacob was able to touch them up, and we can't even tell where the damage was anymore. Again, he was very reasonable with price, and yet he got the job done on schedule. We recently recommended Jacob to a friend, and our friend had a similarly amazing experience with trim work in his house. He came with a very reasonable estimate, went out of his way to try to find us more samples, was on time each time and wore a mask as we requested. I took care of removing the carpeting, tack boards and baseboards because I wanted to paint the room before the install. The install itself went flawlessly. We had water damage on our wood floors. Jacob came out to give a free estimate and told us it was from the doors not stopping the water from getting in. He said to get doors repaired first then he would fix the floors. We ended up getting new doors and calling them back out to repair. We needed trim where they replaced the doors and they made it look brand new. They did an amazing job! We are so happy with how the floors look, you cannot even tell where it was repaired. Jacob was wonderful to work with! He took the time to come out to look at my wood floors and determine the manufacturer in order to purchase the correct cleaner. He promptly provided a quote, and took a sample of the wood to find a comparable color to install it in another room.
