He called me regularly to provide me with updates and helped make sure that enterprise was there to pick me up for my rental car and had them come back to get the car upon completion. I love the location which is on the north side of town just east of Green Bay Road on Washington Road. It's so easy to get to and usually is not too busy. They offer self serve vacuuming, drive through washing, waxing and drying. Once you purchase the type of wash you'd like at a machine while still in your car, you then pull into a spacious and clean garage for an automated touchless car wash. The most expensive option offers under carriage rinse, full wash and wax and then a blow dry type exit. Then outside there is a man who hand dries all vehicles for a more complete service. Wow! All that for approximately $10!! The dry guys are always so friendly. They smile and wave hello before they get busy wiping off any remaining water from your car. It's done quickly and with a big wave goodbye, you are on your way. Whenever I am in town, I make sure to stop by Gerber for a quick clean up!

Or maybe a great looking deal but somewhere 60 miles away I needed to bring my title in and saw some nice cars. Steve was not pushy but I was! we worked out a great deal, he suggested I take it home/test drive it for a couple hours. Again, NO PUSHY SALE just good old fashioned friendly chatter on both sides. On the test drive I noticed a few small irritating noises, I had quite a bit of experience with 4 other Dodge caravans and had a pretty good idea of the source. An easy enough fix but they did it quickly and well. The car is fabulous and the price was very fair. Car was clean as a Whistle, purrs like a kitten and holds the road like glue, So this old geezer suggest you go in with the idea of just sitting down with Steve to enjoy a great friendly conversation and a no pressure look at some really nice cars. One last thing: I steer clear of "We finance everybody" places. It just never entered the conversation. (my experienc only,,,maybe they do but nothing was crammed down my throat or any other bodily orifice. I thoroughly enjoyed my day and came away with a great car. Finally!
