I was having trouble focusing and knew I needed glasses. After visiting with Dr Phillip's he answered all my questions and he suggested computer glasses was all I needed. I was able to go to the optical section and recieved great customer service. The lady help me select the best type of glasses and was so helpful. She told me something was going on with my right eye and referred me to Dr Brown (but I could be wrong on the name). My 2nd exam last year, 2025, was with the white-haired older gentleman, Mr Phillips, (maybe). When he performed the 5-minute exam, I thought he rushed through it. He never mentioned what the female optician noted in my chart from the previous year. He never said ANYTHING was wrong with my right eye, but I knew there was. Now my right eye is watering a lot and fuzzy. Now had Dr Phillips mentioned something was wrong. I would have sought further help, but when he didn't, I thought I was overthinking the first visit. Just the other day I received an automated "It's time for your yearly exam notification" from their office. Yep, not going back. A firm NO. I've made an appointment with another office to figure out what's going on. And yeah, the front office staff is rude. Rude. RUDE!!! Fix it Jesus!!!!!!

I've been on the road for 2 days to make my appointment on time. I arrived only to be told that the doctor was not in today. I did not receive a call or text to reschedule. Their only response was "I'm sorry". I planned my trip to make sure I keep my end of my appointment. The doctor should do the same. People have lives and their own schedules and the doctor should respect that by keeping his appointments. I will not use this doctor. Poor management.

I set our appointments up about 6 months ago (when we KNEW we didn't want to go back to our last Dr.) The receptionist was friendly and helpful. My husband had an appointment at 9, mine was at 10. He said he wasn't taken back until 9:30 and was a little (annoyed?) with the wait. I didn't have as long of a wait, maybe, 10 minutes. All the staff here were simply wonderful! We REALLY liked Dr. Urias! He was so friendly and personable. Dr. Urias listened to my story of my previous nightmare-of-an-office-experience and reassured me that this visit would be different. AND IT WAS! IT WAS WONDERFUL. I have complete confidence in his knowledge. My husband dropped his eye glass Rx next door at Eye Mart. So convenient! Glasses within an HOUR! I ordered contacts and they were ready for pick up within 5 days (slight delay due to the Christmas holiday). We HIGHLY recommend!!

I had an eye appointment. There was only one other patient, however I waited for an hour and a half…read moreto be seen by an optometrist. It already took 45 minutes just for the technician to see me, and I thought the optometrist would surely see me soon after so I continued waiting. I should have left. I finally left 2 1/2 hours later. They don't respect your time. When the doctor finally met me, he insulted my glasses. He also didn't ask my goals for the appointment. Multiple times I had to correct him that I was not interested in glasses, I wanted contacts. I also received an an incorrect prescription. The prescription gave me a headache, which I told them about. They told me to try it out and it might have just been because I waited long. I still have a headache after multiple attempts of trying the new prescription. They also made numerous clerical mistakes and called me multiple times when I said I would be busy. They called me multiple times to confirm. I returned their call a few hours later, but they continued to call because they made a mistake copying my insurance down which I confirmed with them a week prior. I noticed several other mistakes they copied wrong. I'm not sure if they are even trying. I would go somewhere else.
