He has repaired plumbing in several properties for me . Completely replumbed an entire 4-plex including all 4 bathrooms and 4 kitchens and new water heaters. Craig showed up 20 minutes after I called about a tenant having a bad faucet in another property. Had it changed out in 10 minutes with a brand new one. Tenant was overjoyed, I was very satisfied. Craig even did some extra work, not necessarily plumbing for me when I couldn't get a contractor out to the place I was working on. I could not recommend Anderson Plumbing more, they are FANTASTIC!

I tried to contact a Sedalia plumber to no avail. I tried until Monday, when I decided to call the Anderson Plumbing Co. His wife answered the phone & when I explained my emergency, her husband came out asap. I had no water, other than the lake under my house. He immediately discovered the problem, took photos of the old pipes, & drew a diagram of what needed to be done. He took care of the needed permit, he contacted the city to have the water turned off, and he arranged for the digging machine...all in a short time so he could immediately start work on replacing my old galvanized pipes. By the next late afternoon the job was completed & he has a very happy customer! I'm telling everyone, who will listen, what a good, fast job Mr. Anderson did for me.

We moved into our new home and found that most of our finished basement was unusable. Our HVAC…read moresystem was installed about 8" from the wall with a cold air return opening into the main area. The main area consists of a full bar / kitchen, a listening area for music and 2 bedrooms and a bath. The problem is when the fan, heat or air was on the cold air return sounded like a "Shop Vac" making it impossible to listen to music or even have normal conversation. When we'd have family in they could hear it running in their bedrooms behind closed doors and found it hard to sleep. For almost a year whenever we used the downstairs living area we totally shut off the HVAC but unfortunately the rest of the house suffered durning the winter or summer months. Long story short we called several highly rated companies that had lots of feedback but they only remove or install. The guys a Royal said, "No problem". They came out and gave us reasonable bid, scheduled us the following week and spent 3-4 hours in the basement. They closed off the obnoxious cold air return and diverted it into one of the bedrooms and billiard area. Now the "Shop Vac" is dead quiet in ever area. Unbelievable difference...Truly. We are still baffled by the difference months later. We now entertain quit frequently and would highly recommend Royal Heating and Air. These guys are professional, on time, reasonable and best of all.. clean !! Thanks guys for giving our home back to us. Martin & Michelle

This afternoon. I said ok. You called me at 2:45 I'm sending someone out. At 3:45 I called you to say no one has showed up. You said your crew called and said no one answered the door. Really I've been sitting in my living room all afternoon with the door open. You said they must've went to the wrong address. They're on a call right now and have another one after that. My response was before she finished her sentence I'll find somebody else. What I don't understand is you can call me to tell me they're coming but you couldn't call when they said nobody answered the door. They have been to my house two times for sure but I think three. We moved in to the house in April. This happened one other time when they didn't have the right address and they called me. How can you not have the correct address? I will say when the guys show up they were very nice and very helpful.
