Horrible service They treated my lawn and plants 2 weeks later all plantings dead owner stopped by and said it was a fungus and they will all grow back no they did not. I got charged for a second treatment and still all dead I was not home I checked my security cameras and no workers on my property that day and I checked with my guard at the gate and no pass was given to this company to enter the community that day to do service at my house BOGUS read more

Signed up to get a big rat problem under control and it's only gotten worse. They say they'll come every 10-14 days, but it's more than a month in between visits. I'll call and text to get them out and communication is awful. I ended up buying a key to the rat boxes to monitor the progress and the bait is empty within 10 days, so we get 10 days of treatment followed by 3 weeks of reproduction. Awful service. Scammers as you pay for the entire year up front, but don't get adequate service. read more

Awful just awful. Never answer their phone. We paid for a year of service and our German roach problem is off the chart. They are supposed to treat then retreat 2 weeks later and they didn't and no way to get in touch with them. Do Not Use this company. Wish I could give them 0 stars. read more

This…read moreapartment is the WORST place I have ever lived and the absolute WORST management company I have ever rented from. I should have known I made a mistake when the maintenance man told me what shitty, overpriced apartments these were during the first week of living here. During our conversation he told me that someone had just killed themselves in an apartment that had to be cleaned up and he also told me not to trust anyone in the apartment and that the cops frequented the community. During our time living here I found that to be true when I saw the police here more than 10 times and even once right next door to us when they came to check on our lovely neighbors who did nothing but drink all day, sit outside and scream at each other and smoke cigarettes. Upon moving in to the apartment I found multiple cockroaches, bugs and dust and dirt all over every corner and baseboard. All of the screws inside of the cheap kitchen cabinets were covered in rust. The carpet was obviously not professionally cleaned before we moved in because it still had stains on it as well as hardened nail polish. I spent hours cleaning this place before I felt comfortable moving in our belongings. It took an entire MONTH of living here before we had a working washer and dryer, and after a year the dryer only "works" if you complete the 70 minute cycle two times to dry the clothes. Since we've lived here I've seen multiple cockroaches and at one point we had fleas because management allowed the abandoned apartment next door to become infested with fleas and neglected to take care of it for months after it was abandoned. Our air conditioning broke and it took over a week (yes, in 100 degree heat) before they addressed the issue because management is so disorganized an doesn't know how to communicate with the maintenance team. They said they they would bring a portable air conditioning unit to us and conventionally "forgot" about it for two days. Nice. After three more weeks the air conditioner was finally properly repaired. This is not a non-smoking community and we were basically surrounded by multiple apartments that reeked of smoke and there were tons of children around. Nice. When you aren't smelling cigarette smoke your hallways will smell like dog pee from the people who let their dogs pee wherever they want. The garbage area is constantly overflowing with trash and it smells awful. There are always piles of abandoned furniture sitting by the trash for weeks at a time as well and it's an eye sore. If you want to use the pool be prepared to see a bunch of people who don't even live there that come and park to use the pool and then get back in their cars and drive away. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!! Spend a little more time looking for another apartment and I guarantee you will find one that you'll feel satisfied spending money on every month.

This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business.
