The service was efficient and thorough. Im a stickler for custom service because I feel that it has declined drasticlly in people and establishments over years, but they were a great representation of how to great and speak to a customer. A home inspection that came in late required us to put in handrails on two stairways. We are new to the community and could find no one. Darrell gave me a quote and came and did the work. His work was solid. He was professional and done quickly. My husband and I were so grateful! Because the work had been so good on the handrails, we talked to him about a couple of other odd jobs and our new home he installed a pantry, medicine cabinet, and was honest with us about the fact we would not be able to install a garbage disposal. In addition he did a few other odd jobs while he was here. His work is always top-notch, he is pleasant to deal with, and we have been more than satisfied. I would say that you get what you pay for. His work isn't cheap, but his quality is outstanding and he is very good to work with. We are in the process of having him come back and do more work. He is helping us make our house a home!
