I scheduled an appointment for 8am on Monday, by 10am I was panicking because we had a main line sewer clog and had not received any communication. I texted, I called (never went to voicemail except one time days later, every other time it appears someone answered the phone while on mute so I'd just hang up). It wasn't until my husband started calling that he finally got an answer and was told they'd be here at noon. That time again came and went, but they did finally show up at 1pm. The two guys that came out resolved the issue, but said their "card reader was down and could only accept cash". Since this repair is going through my home warranty, I need the invoice for reimbursement and have been told since Monday that Bob (the owner) would send it. Monday night he said, nothing. Tuesday night he said, nothing. Wednesday morning he said he was working on it "right now", nothing. Wednesday evening he said he was working on it "right now", you guessed it - nothing. At this point I don't think it's ever going to happen, likely because this isn't a real company. They're not BBB accredited, cannot communicate over several days, and overall has been a nightmare to work with. I'm kicking myself for cancelling with another plumber that quoted me the same price, so don't be like me - call this guy instead (2247046220) Drainmaster Sewer & Plumbing LLC! Same price, way more professional, and has the reviews to back it up. Additionally, it really rubbed me the wrong way that he would not answer me but would respond when my husband contacted him (on several occasions). They had some install issues with the second faucet and stayed until it was completely done and functioning well, past 8pm on a Friday. A few days later the check valve went, and there was a hole in the pipe, it was making an awful racket. I called them again. (Sunday) the owner came out and was mad he had to come out. In his haste he left the drainage hoses from the central ac out of the sump pit. I didn't check his work, figured he knew what he was doing. Well, I started using the ac at the end of May, and continued all through June, July, August. I opened up the doors to the crawl space to get something out, and there was water everywhere. I thought the ac had gone bad, I called my home warranty co.again and they sent out a person to check that is when they found the hoses out, and water had ran all under the house. I called JKRZ and got nothing, but denial. I feel it's his fault my crawl space is wet, and it will cost $2000-$4000 to dry out and remove ruined products. JKRZ is not owning up to this. DONT USE THEM, THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND HAVE AN ATTITUDE.

Recommended calling Roto Rooter. Called Roto Rooter later that day and set up an appt the next day. They were 2 hours late. They wanted to charge me a flat fee of $340. This seemed very high. I said no thanks. Found Alfi with Google and got Mike the owner on the phone right away. He was able to change around his schedule to meet me back at my house within 30 mins. He arrived early. Mike was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix the issue within 1 hour. I even had him fix a slow flushing upstairs toilet. The total cost was close to half of what Roto Rooter wanted to charge. I will continue to use Alfi in the future.
