The guy on the phone who calls me 3 hours later states "I guess everybody before me with this company passed the buck and dropped the ball so I'll be there in 1.5 hours". The pure unreliable, poor customer service, and selfish actions deserves 0 stars. I have never been so disappointed with a company in my life. What a terrible company and the pure disrespect to a customer is unacceptable. I don't even care to read a response or hear an excuse. Take accountability and fix your business. BE WARNED!!!! From my very first phone call, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. As a solo female traveler, I immediately felt safe, looked after, and respected. They didn't just do their job--they took responsibility for helping me find a real solution. The reception was pleasant and precise. It was getting dark. They got there quick. The truck was clean, inside and out. The diver was more than helpful. He went out of his way to take us to a gas station for a few items. Then, because he knew that we were planning on doing the repair ourselves, he drove us past the various auto parts stores in town. He pointed out a few good places to eat, then took us to our hotel for the evening. He even rolled our vehicle off the truck into a spot that he knew would be shaded in the morning so we didn't roast while doing the repair. Over and above the call of duty. Thanks Toby ! My small old dog quickly became distressed by the heat (panting, lethargic, vomiting) that I was terrified she wouldn't make it home to Chicago. Thank GOD for Lonny and his team! We were taken in quickly and back on the road with an air conditioned car in less than hour! No leaking oil, no low oil levels, no oil warning light, no oil on underbody, zero drops in my parking space. The quote sent to my phone does not include any dollar amounts. They only gave me the two dollar amounts over the phone. I asked them to print the quote but they did not want to, they said it would be about 45 pages. They charged me $63 for the worthless quote. I'll never be back. If I could rate it zero stars, I would.
