The solar panel was never mounted properly. I finally got tired of waiting on them to "figure out what the problem is" and spent one hour working on the set up. I put a good battery on it, mounted the solar panel properly, and it is working fine. The next day after I got it working they came back with a good battery, but still not a battery box with a lid. Just a plastic box on its side with the battery stuck in it. Pehaps the worst business in Tallahassee I've ever had to work with. I almost forgot to mention that on one of the times they had someone working on the gate, I arrived home. I started talking to them, and by the time I walked away one of the guys implied that I had cut wires on the system, that they would never leave wires like that. Total BS, they were the only people to work on the system.

This is the most unprofessional and unskilled crew I have ever witnessed. I built custom homes near Seattle for 35 years and every time I asked about their techniques the answer was always "That's how we do it in Florida." I had to re-tie their rebar in the footings and in the lintel beam in order to pass inspection to keep on concrete pour schedules. They were unable, or unwilling, to read the measurements in the engineered drawings and had to change things several times after I pointed out their mistakes. The 60' long back wall ended up 6" lower on one end from the other. They were a full block short on the finished height of the wall. I ended up holding back money and telling them to go. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE, they don't know what they are doing.
