I'm updating my review and raising it to 4 stars from 2. I've actually been going there again for a while now and only thought it fair to update my review to reflect my experience now. I'm over the whole FB ban thing but I still don't agree with it. As for the prices, they've lowered them, so that's good. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I think I have pretty good rapport with them. They recognize me when I come in and that's nice. The employee who seemed to have cognitive issues is no longer working there. The store still has a nice layout and they added more CBD items if you're into that. It's a clean store, they have hand sanitizer at the entry, which is good. I feel welcome when I enter. read more

This store is great! Can't believe I haven't left them a review before now. The first time I went in here (a couple of years ago) I was helped by an incredibly friendly sales person who I later found out was the store manager. She was attentive, detailed and not pushy at all. Every trip since over the last few years has been a similar experience: always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Recently I decided to give CBD a shot and one of their staff, a friendly young lady, gave me the full rundown, answered all of my questions and helped me decide on a product to try. I ended up buying the Balance Tincture by BLNCD and I've been using it every day and it's definitely helping with my lower back pain. It's a little bit expensive but definitely worth it. I've been to several others around MN and each of them have a very uptight vibe with employees that talk down to you if you don't know about a very specific part or have questions. Not here! Every time I have been in everyone has been so personable and easy going. If you have tons of money or hardly vape i would give infinite vapor 5 stars. The 20$ pricing for 30mg is just too expensive. Especially with the mods and tanks that are being made today. One can go through a 30 mg bottle in 2 days. that's 300$ a month on juice here. Might as well go back to smoking. I can hear the nay-sayers saying-"well you vape too much just don't vape as much." But that's a catch 22. With flavors this good...how can you not vape constantly. Dripped life Carnival is the best flavor i've ever tried in 10 years. read more

Some of players were getting kinda winded on the base paths this past summer, so a few of them wanted to try and quit smoking - and Infinite Vapor was there to help. They had a cheap (yet premium) selection of e-cigs, mods and juices. Couple guys signed up for Team Kick It and as of July most of them have stopped smoking completely. They still vape - zero nic - but only because they enjoy the flavors so much; Dripped Life and Fu Man Brews are the favorites so far. He started out nice enough, then asked us for our ID's (understandable) but my cousin didn't have hers and he told her to get out of the store, and as she was walking out looks at me (had my ID, I'm 23) and says "yeah, you too. I purchased an E-cig at a booth they had at Soundset. There was miscommunication on how many e-cigs I wanted to purchase, which is fine. They charged me for 3 total e-cigs and told me the initial charge for 2 of them would be refunded to me. After receiving my bank statement, I was charged 2 separate charges; One for 2 e-cigs and one charge for 1 e-cig. I called the day I noticed this and spoke with Brian. Initially he was very nice, told me he would get back to me that same day either via email or phone. Which he did not, it is now well over a week and I have called almost every single day and every single day I speak to someone new. And every time they say they will get back to me, and I have yet to receive a call or email back, or a credit to my account. At this point I have spent about $160 on one e-cig. It's completely unacceptable and ridiculous. I will never purchase anything from them again. read more
