They don't prioritize medical. Medical has their own lane and windows but it still goes by who was there before you regardless of rec and medical. I hate rec. Ever since rec came through they don't have the products in stock they usually do and they don't runs deals for medical like they used to. I'm so bummed about it. I would implore people to not buy products from this company. When they run out of a popular strains they fraudulently package different bud as the strain that they ran out of (which is most likely GMO). When mold and bud rot is found in a lot, they still package and sell from that same affected lot. on top of that the prices are like $41 for an 1/8th (3.5g). 9 times out of 10 its low tier mid stuff at best. this company doesn't care about the quality of the product they sell. they just want to shove stuff out the door. you are better off trying to grow your own. read more

Can not sell cannabis recreational. Only sells delta gummies under 5mg because of laws. Lady at the counter was super nice though.

Selection and Customer Service. I am in my 70s now and it is just astonishing to me wanting to get product and not feeling like I had to do it on the clandestine anymore! The staff here is always friendly and laid-back. I've never had a big issue with the product, and the downtown location is super convenient. Some items can be a bit dry, but that's expected with discounts or clearance--still works the same medically. Came from out of town and I new recreational sales are new so it was hard to find a place that actually sold flower. I had gone to one before and they only had drinnks and tinctures. Happened to find this place and it was by where I was having lunch. Very simple online ordering process they had my order ready for me when I arrived they had me in and out (even with all my luggage) very quickly product was good and got me through my vacation! read more

I have been going to this Dispensary since probable 2018. they have helped me so much, always friendly and professional. when I got a new health concern the pharmacist met with me and reviewed all my medications and of course medical cannabis (which is helping me so much) to see I was on the right course. I trust these people. products and prices are great. due to low vision I don't drive and this dispensary if right downtown, easy to get to by transit. read more

Friendly staff helpful and nice the product is great but the prices are a bit high they have a point system that is nice also.

Sells year old weed at weights exceeding the actual contents of the jar. IE paying for 3.5 grams and getting less because of it drying out. Staff is polite until you call them on their misconduct - then they can't find a manager, and if they can, the manager insists this is normal and tells you not to buy that product if you don't like it rather than addressing the issue at hand - using guilt tactics like 'everyone else likes that strain just fine'. I've had to file two complaints with the mn board of cannabis to get them to correct things already in the 18 months on the program. read more

For me, having a medical cannabis prescription, the Minneapolis facility has been fantastic. We live in a country that most things can be viewed as pricey or too expensive. I get a medical consultation to make sure I will get the prescription that's best for me. I cannot and will never complain about this. I am miserable without the help cannabis provides. Jumping through all the hoops was all worth the jumps! When you get there you have to show your ID and and then you go fill out your self evaluation questionnaire in the computer is available in the lobby for use. The reason why I am giving this place five stars is because the staff was extremely helpful extremely friendly and extremely patient for all of my questions everyone walking in and out the doors I noticed had a smile you don't see that very often Brian who help me get checked in was a very nice guy and had a lot of integrity. I very much recommend this location! They have 3 others scattered around the metro I'll probably check out sooner than later. read more
