The policies and Wayne's customer service is polite but he and his colleague are inflexible - I complained and left a bad review on their company site- and and funny I got a raise in my storage fees of more than 40$ (a 25%increase) the next month. So Beware they are not flexible in payment dates despite movie in dates, and only response you will get is "company policy" we won't do anything, and will happily charge you extra for this service. (to the tune of 60$+ monthly) My situation is simple I asked to pay on the 20th (when I moved in) monthly which I pay on that date every month - so I have spoken to Wayne and his colleague about that- they know the situation - I get the " Company policy" "nothing they can or will do. So every month since being there - I have had Storage mart lock my storage for 20 days, and charge me for that service + charge to remove it monthly+charge all kinds of administrative fees. (what should be ($240 month tax in is now $299) and add to it they call every day, email, and send post mail despite knowing the situation. So I would say choose another facility if you can- it is not worth it and no better than any other storage facility.

I ended up…read moreusing rigid styrofoam from Home Depot, the 4x8 sheets that have foil on one side and a plastic film on the other. I cut them a bit longer than the width of the container and pushed them foil side up to the ceiling in a curve down at the sides so that any water would drain off to the sides. SOS Storage on site and its owner Gary Bochna are nothing shy of corrupt . We have spent over…read more20,000.00 of storage fees over the past 3 and 1/2 years . Last year we found a severe amount of condensation in the containers that we rented from Storage On site . Because of this , black mould had grown and ruined approximately 30% off our product and over 100,000$ of loss goods. Gary so gracioulsy offered us 3000$ for the damage ( so generous ) Since we have moved our product out we have found we needed to throw out more goods and now Gary Bochna is not paying the $3000 owed or has shown any remorse for the loss. Today we don't care about the $3000 because he really owes over$ 100,000 and we have decided to take him to court. Either way we would just like to tell you that this place is not worthy of your business and the owner lacks any character or integrity and should be shut down.

Found this extremely unprofessional and highly irregular for a business to allow its manager to act in such a way. Completely unfounded. I mean for Pete's sake, my wife use to send them Christmas cards. Keep in mind, this is a storage facility. There should be no need for such emotional outbursts. It's literally just a place to put stuff at. I hope owner's will keep this in mind when training/selecting future managers.
