Most frequent users prefer it on the hotter side. It was under 160 degrees this morning which is an improvement from 140 degrees last week so I increased the score. With consistency at 160 degrees or above I will continue to update my review positively. Obviously lower than 160 degrees will result in a lower score.

I started off virtual in the middle of the Covid 19, and that is what convinced me. They are legit virtual workouts, not someone just saying "go, lift higher, yes, great, you can do it". I LEGIT came out of those workouts sore. On top of that, I started going to outdoor workouts. And like I said, when my body is sore then I know the workouts are effective. The coaches and the members are so welcoming and they teach you technique, they are not just trying to conduct class, and "peace'ing out". Also, you get VARIETY. The gym was a lot bigger than I was expecting but even then, it was very crowded and so many…read moremachines were not working. The ones that were empty had "out of order" signs. I've tried a few crunch locations and it's been the same experience almost every time, with the gym being very crowded as a result of machines being so unavailable. The classes also were not my favorite, but they do try to put a limit on how many people can register so that it does not get overcrowded in the rooms.

Bad and dirty equipment, which is way too close together. Zero breathing room. They host their "classes" on the only open area for free weights, which closes off 40% of the floor space for 45 minutes at a time. And those classes use all the equipment and weights and accessories. They obviously don't have the space to be hosting so many group classes for 5 people at a time. It's dumb. Unfortunately, the price is good and the location is convenient so I am trapped to be a member here until I get a raise or move away. But it is a miserable experience every time I visit
