I was offered a couple breaks and some water, which was nice. I got lots of hands on training and practice, which made me more confident in what I learned. I did not expect it to be that good and I'm glad I came here for getting my certification. Would definitely recommend!

He was knowledgeable, funny, had tons of great stories relatable to things we might experience. He also gave us tons of recommendations for how we could do better at our gym without criticizing(and boy did we deserve it). Everyone he trained feels so confident in their abilities now. Mike deserves a raise.
