Called back a 3rd time only to be put on hold to see if there was someone in admin who could help assist me. The woman came back on the phone suddenly saying the don't take my insurance, even thought their website states they do and the person I previously spoke with said they do. When I brought this up she then said they're at capacity for Anthem insurance holders. She sounded unsure and like she just wanted to get me off the phone. Based off this wildly unprofessional interaction, I would not trust them for my child's care. Look elsewhere.

BF Agency does not do anything about it. They set rules and guidelines that benefit the company and not the child. Cancellation line hardly picks up the phone during normal business hours and they expect you to notify the office by calling but no one picks up...or they are half asleep when they finally answer the phone. This center is an absolute dream come true for me because we've finally found a place where my son's needs are being met in every way and met in such a highly exceptional manner. The middle and high school…read moreis cruel, they mostly focus on the dress code and hire a lot of male teachers causing an environment to be extremely uncomfortable and unfair. Along with that, they overwork the students with hours of homework. I would also like to mention that I was sent death threats, homophobic comments, and bullied for years and the school did not care one bit at all. They knew, they just didn't care enough. Even caught a teacher bad mouthing and talking bad about me to my parents. This school is terrible. DO NOT ENROLL YOUR KIDS.
