Update: Scheduled tour on their website and no response BUT we went to the school at the time we scheduled and got to tour the small school and it's small but that's a great thing. The kids seemed to be focused and learning and the teachers engaging and teaching well. Impressive! Kids walked calmly into their class in a line and happy and the playground was the focus of our newly 6 yr old. He's super excited to possibly get to play each day on that playground. I appreciate that doors remain locked. The view from the school is so beautiful, and pick up doesn't seem that exhausting like most schools. This is how the conversation went. wife: we know an autistic kid when we see one, we've been in the business for over 27 years... you know? he's not acting normal... me: How does a "normal" 2 year old act anyways.. the wife: You want to know what a normal 2 year old is like, well he wouldn't be running all over the place playing with toys (we were in a classroom filled with toys) and he would be holding your hand right on your hip and scared because he was in a new environment. instant tears Told me they wouldn't be able to accommodate him in anyway and the wife asked multiple questions in a snarky way such as "can he follow simple directions?" "can he even wash his hands" "can he understand commands" "well we know an autistic kid when we see one" "what size shirt is he in" and then followed with telling me to take him off all sugars and put him on a diet.. left me in TEARS. The whole time the wife and husband (owners) were talking to me in the 2 year old class there was a teacher who was trying her best not to intervene but i can tell she was extremely uncomfortable as i stood there crying. After leaving and calling my sons case manager with early start there are multiple violations due to being understaffed and having too many children to teacher ratios. This happened August of 2021 and I finally got the courage to speak up after hearing about the incident that happened at the Rancho Cucamonga kiddie academy. We enrolled Jan 2023, first day he comes home, my child had scratches on his face, we get a OUCH report tell us of a mishap or injury occurred, this is the schools procedure to keep the parents informed. As days go by, we received DAILY injury reports, a scratch, a bite, a bruise, slowly the Boo-boo/ouch reports stopped, but the injuries continued, we asked for a meeting with the head teacher she informed us their care plans of Ratio to students will be smaller, and a better & closer supvision will be monitored, I informed the teacher if the roles were reversed and a child comes to school with unexplained injuries the school would probably call DCSF, I am concern ! Am I leaving my baby to be abused in a Christian school, the "stigma" sets in. It's a month later and my gut a roaring! trying to tell me something, today i hung out and for a good 10 mins and yes I am monitoring the time, there is NO teacher supervising the play ground, I discovered they are on side the bldg tucked away talking to a New Employee, today I observed six kids rough housing on the playground with injuries!, how many other children are being neglected. Enough is enough granted they are affordable but now I can understand why. I've taken a picture still debating to post, granted I can blur out the faces. I listen to my gut and pulled my son out, we NO Longer attends this daycare. Trust your instincts.

Being harsh, and always wants everything to be perfect. She stresses out students and makes students lives more exhausting than they need to be. If the line isn't perfect, or someone whispers, someone maybe even steps too loud, we get sent back to the classroom. The latest Ive been late to lunch was 15 minutes, leaving only 5 minutes left for lunch. The aces name is Ms. Delacruz. Only 2 breaks throughout the day. My last year at springs wasn't good either, I got harassed at this school for 3 straight months, my teachers, and principal was aware of it all, plus my parent went in with me to the school to talk to the principle about it. Nothing was done. Non stop bullying, and I felt alone. Faculty does nothing to help students. Don't send your kids to springs.
