I had heard good things about the program through word of mouth but didn't know much about how it works. I also heard there was a free assessment to determine where my children might need help. Unfortunately, the center seemed severely understaffed. We waited 10 minutes before the test even began, and no one explained the process to me or my kids. I was told there is a price sheet on her desk and told I could take a picture of it, but beyond that, nothing was explained. When the kids finished the test, not all the pages were graded, and the staff member forgot to write down the end times. She gave a vague guess about where my children were academically but couldn't explain her reasoning. Throughout the appointment, she repeatedly mentioned being understaffed and that the owner was leaving. Am I supposed to feel confident in bringing my kids here after all that? What should have taken 30 minutes dragged on three times longer, and I left without any clear information or guidance about my children's needs. Very disappointing!

Being able to trust the people caring for your baby is essential, and we definitely trust active learning. Everyone is friendly and professional and the daycare center is always clean. The main door is secured from the outside and the owner is very involved in the day-to-day activities, so we are confident in the safety of our child.
