That was so inconsiderate of them. There were about five of them working, and they did a lot of work that day so I gave each a $20 tip. They did not say thank you, which seemed a bit rude, but I still think they deserve to tip because of the work they did. They did leave a few things undone such as not painting the shoe molding to match the floor, but I called Donnie and he had a different worker come over and finish up the few things that needed to be done that next day. Overall, after the whole process has finished I am definitely happy with my flooring. I just wanted to be sure to give an honest review of my full experience. Work was guaranteed to be done in 7 days per the contract. First red flag was on the first day of work and in hindsight they should have been fired then and there. Veronica and Martin were supposed to meet us at 8 AM to begin work and they didn't arrive until after 2 PM. They didn't show up for 2 days after and when they did decide to show up they would work for a few hours and leave. It was excuse after excuse as to why they weren't working. Long story short, work took 2 full weeks to complete after essentially threatening to fire them. The work done is terrible and already starting to crack where repairs were supposed to have been made. They managed to rip off paint on walls that were supposed to have been covered during work and also mud was left all over our walls for us to clean up ourselves. Fixtures were not taken down and were mudded around sloppily. All of our lights are covered in paint and mud, again for us to clean up ourselves. If you want to be ripped off for sub par work at best, these are your guys. Otherwise, steer clear of Franco Drywall.
